This was perhaps the best service company that I have hired by using the two major home service providers for my current house in Wesley Chapel and former residence in Naples. Ken was the exemplary small business owner providing a very thorough inspection followed by a detailed explanation of what he found. Not only that, he charged less than the other companies I spoke with. Courteous, friendly and someone I highly recommend that other business owners serve as an example of how to conduct their businesses.
