Outstanding quality and service from C&K. The quote process was easy and friendly. The plans for the deck rebuild were thorough and they completely handled getting the permits and approvals from the city. Their workers were pleasant and respectful and highly skilled. Everyone in the neighborhood has commented at how beautiful the deck now is. I cannot wait to enjoy my new deck! I highly recommend Cerletti & Kennedy, and would definitely use them again for any work you need to be sure it will done correctly, with safety and beauty in mind.

Cerletti and Kennedy are the great balance of design-creativity and project management time/cost execution. Their kitchen design team came up with solutions to design challenges like maximizing storage in a small space while keeping it accessible through close partnering with suppliers. On the build side, the project moved steadily to completion with regular updates without me having to ask. The inevitable hiccups were brought to my attention right away and addressed usually within a few days. Most important to me was the craftsmanship and attention to fine detail of the construction team. Kitchen projects are stress inducing but C&K understood that and their experience helped keep things moving forward.

Cerletti and Kennedy did a great earthquake retrofit job for us. One thing that made them stand out is how great they followed up on fixing a problem. While working under our house, a phone line was accidentally broken. Matt, one of the owners, went to great lengths including paying a company to come out and replace the broken line. They are to be commended for standing up to the problem and fixing it without question.

I hired Cerletti and Kennedy for a Sunroom/Patio Enclosure. They were the only company I spoke to who offered reasonable solutions for the design, and flexibility if I decided to add something to the project later. They had expertise regarding the materials and design that were not mentioned when I spoke with other companies. When a part arrived that was damaged, they took care of it immediately and it did not even delay the project. And the project was completed exactly on budget. My sunroom is BEAUTIFUL, I am SO PLEASED! I highly recommend them!!!

We hired Cerletti & Kennedy this past summer (2023) to do a total remodeling of our outdated kitchen. We didn't have much space to work with but what they came up with was amazing. We enclosed the new refrigerator and built out the cabinet above which gave us more storage. We took out the old vent system which went all the way up to the ceiling and put in an over the stove microwave and cabinets which gave us a little more storage. We put in a pull out spice rack next to the stove and a lazy susanne next to that. We angled the corner cabinets which gave us yet more storage. We took out the dishwasher which we never used and put in a pull-out trash and recycling cabinet and extended to baking sheet cabinet. We had a Quartz countertop put in and installed a tile backsplash from the refrigerator all the way around the kitchen. Of course a new sink, garbage disposal and faucet. Our contractor, Ruben showed up on time and always cleaned up when he was done for the day. He always got right to work and set up his equipment. One thing I really appreciated was when Dante showed us that the open space on each side of the kitchen window was uneven (Feng Shuai) and recommended installing a curved 4 shelve piece so it would be more even. Ruben was also very helpful when ever an issue came up and would explain the issue and help come up with suggestions each time. Would I recommend Cerletti & Kennedy to my family and friends, MOST DEFINATELY! I only wish I could have attached some photos I took of the completed project but I don't see a tab to do so. If we decide to do a remodeling of our front bathroom, I will be calling them back. 100%.

Cerletti and Kennedy did our kitchen remodel in July 2022. The renovation took about four months. A fireplace was removed which opened up much more space for the kitchen and living room. The structural beam issue was addressed extremely well with their engineers. We are delighted with the new layout. Everyone, including their subcontractors, from the demo to the finishing, was very knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up at the end of each day. Robert provided the best price among the other bids we received. Matt executed an excellent design layout that was very functional and classic. He even included a walk-in pantry that I never thought would fit into our small space. Matt and Reuben have great eyes for details. Matt took the time to review the punch list with me on the final walkthrough. I would highly recommend this company.

We recently added a Sunroom/Garden Room on to the back of our house. Cerletti and Kennedy were great from the outset, keeping us apprised of all related details every step of the way. Once construction was underway, progress on the project was steady and we were kept fully apprised of the subcontractor schedule, which was always timely and was as communicated to us. We love our finished product and all in all, both the finished project and the project processes definitely exceeded our expectations.

Cerletti & Kennedy recently renovated our kitchen and dining area, and the end result is exceptional. In addition to relocating HVAC and water heater, our project required structural work.
