Major Renovation of Multiple Rooms
We are having Tomas, Joel and their crew back for the second time. The first time they created a beautiful laundry room, pantry space and a gorgeous first floor full bath. We were so impressed. We now have them fixing leaks in the ceiling, adding a first floor master, upgrading an upstairs bathroom and every small detail in between. They have become like family to us and we look forward to their visits. Everyday. The communication and attention to detail is above any we've ever seen. Our home is left spotless in between each day's work. We will have to come up with more projects to bring them on back.

I had my attic converted into an office. This team did a phenomenal job. Their professionalism and constant attention to detail was extremely impressive. The final outcome was simply amazing. It looks like the office came with the house. I would highly recommended working with the Cerrato team!

We have been trying to fix an exterior wall leak for over 5 years. We are so thrilled that Cerratos Construction has figured out how to fix it. They were the only company out of several we contacted that had a plan right away, got back to me with a quote, and were ready to get started immediately. I have been very pleased with their customer service as Freddie always answered my calls or got back to me within the hour. It was so nice to find a company that does high quality work as, in my experience, that has been very hard to find. I highly recommend using them and plan on doing so again in the future.
