This company has personnel problems, customer service problems, and attempted to use an off-the-books untrained unlicensed person who was not an employee. This was unacceptable and the office manager is deceptive.

It was a delight to have them paint the house. They were professional, very pleasant, willing to explain any questions I had.

Gorge only had his personal vehicle during this job. I know he now has a van due to his boss, Terry. If his wife called to be picked up from a job,.he got out of here like it was an emergency. I didn't like that. I wondered why she could not wait knowing he had a job, too. He is a hard worker, very nice and manners and a good Christian man. He is from Panama but his English is good. There is a light he painted on my cabana where paint had chipped. He just painted over it and left splatters on glass. It should have been scraped or sanded to smooth and then paint. He was nice to help me put furniture back into cabana. He did not clean up by a shed, but I will get it. His boss is extremely productive on giving estimates,.professional and personal.

My wife and I were more that satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism we experienced with CertaPro. The new room Colors are EVERYTHING we hoped they would be. And thier willingness to add on additional areas during the project was not a problem, nor were we overly priced for the addons. I recommend CertaPro and would definitely use them again!
