Did a Google search for paint companies in the west valley to meet the demands of my HOA to paint the trim and accents on the front of my house. CertaPro was the first company that came from the Google search. Once I reached out the entire process was smooth and seamless. From Matt the sales consultant to Jakub who handled the paint job, all around world class service experience. Matt had access to the HOAâ s website and was able to drill down to my communities approved colors. This saved me from having to play the HOAâ s paint approval game. They were able to schedule for Jakub to come out the next day. I would highly recommend CertaPro Painters of the West Valley.

I contacted CertaPro to get a quote on an exterior paint of my home. I had first tried a number of local pages I was not impressed with any of them I contacted CertaPro to get a quote their $$ numbers were a couple of hundred dollars more than the locals I contacted and received quotes from. These guys are highly recommended by me. The workmen I had on site work hard and diligent. If I had to paint again I would definitely call. If you want your house painted and you wanted to look new contact them.

They did a great job, very courteous & professional. Kept you informed on scheduling & answered my questions. Right away. Would recommend them to anybody looking for a paint company.

Had a great experience with the CertaPro Painters - sales process was easy, not pressuring, good pricing - Technicians were highly skilled, , adapted to our requests, took their time to tape off everything and do highly detailed work on the exterior of my 2 story house . Their quote was there, they did an amazing job. All workers were very respectful. They painted my whole entire house inside including the ceilings and closets. It is just a beautiful job

Never did any preparation of home except pressure washing. Had owner come out and take a look. She only made excuses for her workers! 2 year warranty not worth the paper it is written on! Worst paint job ever ! Less than a year later paint is pealing and faded! They watered down the paint so much that it has faded! Yuck! Save your money

Office Customer service is terrible. Ignored requests, did not do what was promised and very unhelpful. A second-party vendor contacted me with absolutely no clue on what my project was and very unhelpful when I sought help with the project I was doing. Stucco/paint already falling off -warranty not worth pursuing. On the plus side - The painters were friendly and left the residence very tidy after completion of the project.

Good to work with company that is willing to give you what you ask for and will go out of their way to correct a problem

The person that comes and gives you the promises you all of this stuff but when the painters come out it s totally different I would not recommend them

I hired these guys in December. They were not the most expensive and they were not the cheapest but I felt they were the most professional. Overall, they did great quality work. We had a small issue; however, the Team was quick to resolve and work with me on fair resolution. I strongly recommend Certa Pro Painters of the West Valley.

I hired this company to paint the inside of my home. I would never hire this company again and regret doing so for a first time. Here are the reasons I would not recommend or hire this company again. 1. The painters that painted my home did not use booties to cover up their shoes. They tracked dirt, rocks and whatever else was stuck to the bottom of their shoes into my brand new 30 day old home. 2. The painters did not know how to paint walls without getting paint on the ceilings. I had to provide the painters with touch up paint, for the ceilings, to cover up and fix their messy paint job. 3. The painters also dripped paint on my brand new carpet in various areas throughout my home. I had to go around and point these areas out to the painters for the paint to be cleaned up. 4. During this paint project, one of the painters, weighing about 260 pounds, decided he would use my brand new, less than 40 days old, washer and dryer as a ladder and stepping area to paint a wall. Purchased shortly after closing on our home, a lil more than 30 days prior, this pair of appliances cost in excess of $3000.00. Needless to say that the top of both the washer and dryer were caved in and substantially damaged due to this. The owner of this company, Nathan gave me 2 options when informed of this damage. 1 : He would repair the appliances but had no idea when this would be completed. This washer and dryer were so new that replacement parts were not yet available at the time. 2: Deduct the cost to repair the washer and dryer, which was estimated around $600.00, from the price of the paint project. Leaving me with 2 damaged appliances and the responsibility of repairing them on my own. All while he walked away from the problem free and clear. He also wanted full payment for the project to be made immediately, minus the repair cost, so that incase the repairs could not be made, he could walk away from this and leave me with the responsibility of repairing the appliances. No other options were presented or made so very clearly there was only one option that made sense, which was the 1st option. It is now about 3 months later and only 1 appliance has been repaired. I paid half of the invoice and the other half is on hold till my property is repaired. No compensation, discount or anything else is being offered for this huge inconvenience and hassle, this company has put me and my family thru. Nathan shows no remorse or signs of caring at all about the customer being satisfied and happy with his company. His response to his workers doing this is, and I quote: We are all human and make mistakes. I would never hire this company nor would I recommend them to anyone else. If you are okay with them destroying your property when they come to your home, then go ahead and hire them, I am not okay with it.

Fernando did an amazing job. He completed the project in just 3 days. I expected a couple of people to be working on the project. They just sent Fernando and he totally surprised me with how fast he was.

Not the cheapest painters, but the job went very well. It toak more time than was originally estimated. Our house looks super.
