This is the second time I’ve used CertaPro. First time was for the exterior this time was for the interior of the entire house. They do an excellent job. I recommend them.

Work was done well and completed. I really like that they have a color consultant for no extra charge. That was super helpful. They did a good job and the house looks great. But it did take longer than they initially projected.

CertaPro Painters did a fantastic job previously on our exterior, so we chose CertaPro once again to paint our interior. Excellent process from estimate, scheduling, and follow-up. The crew was professional, detail-oriented, and focused on achieving a happy customer. The interior of our home was beautiful when they finished. Great job and would highly recommend!!

Took a long time to get project scheduled. We had to remind them for Informational emails. Management did not schedule with a painters they arrived at one week early. Painting crew was very courteous, respectful and done within two days.

excellent work. Painted my house in one day with a 3 hour pressure wash a couple days previous. Communication was mostly good leading up to the job, just a couple of timing issues. Not super critical. The crew was great. We did a couple walk arounds near completion of which I noted a couple of things that needed attention. It was taken care of immediately. All in all a great company to work with

It's easy to recommend CertaPro Painters of Bothell-Lynnwood. I've worked with various companies over the years, but rarely have I encountered such an excellent company in the work they did (power washing & staining a deck and front porch), and with everyone I interacted with in the organization. Every person I spoke with was exceptionally honest, trustworthy, kind, and intelligent from the owner, office staff, project manager, power washer, and stainers. They return calls, show up when they say they will, and there are no hidden costs or any surprises. Yay to a company who does excellent work and who treats their customers well.

We have used CertaPro for all our painting inside and out and the work has always been perfect! They show up on time and do their job. We had a god experience from the initial estimate, painting, and final payment. They were very thorough in explaining the process and billing. The painting crew was efficient and dedicated. There was a window of good weather and they worked over the weekend to maximize the time. They completed the project ahead of schedule. We are pleased with the results and stress free process.

From our initial contact with Will( Salesperson) , Dan ( the Production Mgr), to the awesome paint crew Austin and Byron, we were treated with customer service that completely exceeded our expectations. I Should have looked at past reviews before considering Certa Pro Painters. The Exterior paint job looks very nice. The carpentry work done with my rotten siding and trim did not turn out how I envisioned or would have expected from a professional contractor. After pointing out a few areas that I was not happy with I was told "That's the best we can do." After the job was competed, I found a wood scraps, paint chips and a vehicle on site that got paint specs all along one site. CertaPro gave me direction to a local carwash. . . With the conclusion of this job and the results of the 12 plex currently in progress, I will need to think hard about who to award the next two paint jobs to.

Don't believe the estimated length of time to complete. Estimated 3-4 days from sales, to maybe 5 days from job supervisor, to at least 6-7(turned out to be 7) once the crew arrived. And, oh by the way, you can't stay in the house overnight just after the primer is applied due to the fumes. Luckily, we had a trailer available for an overnighter. Paint on our cabinets looks great, the crew was polite and attentive.

Very professional, Hector and his crew, kept me informed on the job, and and what they were able to complete each day, plus when they would wrap it up. Plus cleaned up all debris, which I really appreciated! And the exterior paint looks amazing! My neighbors are jealous!

Very professional. Gave us an estimate without hassle. Their relationship with Sherwin Williams was very helpful to us in choosing colors. Came when scheduled and got the job done well. Not the cheapest, perhaps.

The team was very careful and conscientious about their work; ensuring to avoid damage to our awning and other items. They were also able to complete the the job quickly while having to work around Spring weather.

Our project involved painting vaulted ceilings, vaulted walls, and skylights. They completed in one day, where other quotes were up to 4 days worth of work, yet it looks great, not rushed.
