CertaPro is an outstanding company that I would recommend. I had the same exterior of our house painted they were timely, organized, professional, and respectful. I interpret have the return to do interior painting!!

Stay clear of CertaPro and Marc Prive. My experience was horrible. I hired them to paint my house exterior. First, Marc Prive, the owner, outsources everything to other painters. Only 2 people showed up to paint my house. The contract said they would do 2 coats of paint. They only did 1. Within 6 months, my house was peeling and cracked. It took many emails and calls to get Marc to send a person to fix. He eventually sent a guy to fix. The fixes lasted a few months before the same cracking and peeling. I had to call him again, many times for him to send someone again. He eventually sent another person (outsourced, not employed by CertaPro). This person did a worse job and the patches he fixed cracked almost instantly. A third person was sent and they fixed many of the peeling areas. BUT, Marc declined to fix the areas that cracked. He refused to take responsibility. Marc Prive will talk to you nicely if you can get a hold of him. But the quality of the work is absolutely horrible.

We have used CertaPro twice for projects. The local franchise was sold, so we dealt with two different owners. On both occasions the work was great, but feel the current owner is more responsive. I will hire him for future projects.

Larry, Moe and Curly showed up day 1 and did not know what they were supposed to do. Spoke Spanish. Left after 45 minutes and did not know when they would return.

This job was done October of 2015. Unclear as to why the customer waited until 218 to post a review. However, the crew that has this job was let go a few years ago. CertaPro has been honored to of received many wonderful reviews from the many customers that we have been fortunate enough to work with.
