certa pro owner was nice. getting in touch with him in a timely manner when the painters and stainers were late, and being pulled off my job one day, did not make me very happy. My time taken off from work is equal to money as well. This needs to be taken VERY Seriously by the owner and also the people he subcontracts his work to also. The staining went fine...but spread out MUCH MORE over several days... which is why I WILL NOT give them a 5 on anything the work when finally done was quality work, but overshadowed by too many phone calls, taking off work and waiting all day, for no show.

We delivered this job as promised and in the scheduling manner the homeowner specifically requested. Having said that, we do not like to be late or make customers wait and wonder. We had to do part of the job one day, and wait another day to start the painting and staining. There was alot of coordination needed with her since she needed and wanted to be there when we worked, and getting our crew timed up with her schedule was very tight window. The homeowner was on furlough and not workng at the time we did the work. Homeowner was going to go back to work the following week which is why we had to have this job done in tight time window.

Poor communication. Not at all professional

This was an exterior stain project. We had scheduling issues with this client due to inclimate weather, huge surge of buiness, and not having enough staffing to handle the unexpected spike in extra businss. The client's timing expectations were not fulfilled as a result of these factors. Additionally, we did not provide the client with enough updates on the scheduling issue. We did address these issues with the client, and he was very understandng. He was very pleased with the quality of our work. However, our service level was not on par for this project. Service is definitely more challenging with sudden surges in business growth.

CertaPro painters did an excellent job scrubbing, powerwashing, and repainting a chimney. They worked hard, were detail-oriented, and checked to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Highly recommended!

I had the entire house painted, and the job was not an easy one. We needed it done in 2 weeks because we were moving from Ohio to our new home in Virginia. Neil's team was able to do a high quality job in the time frame we needed for a fair rate, and we were not there to supervise! I appreciate any contractor who takes pride in their work!
