"If this customer is who I think it is as the name doesn't match, we were trying a new crew that, unfortunately, did not do a good job for them. They did do some damage to their aluminum siding that could not be repaired and we replaced all of the siding at the back of their home with new vinyl siding to correct the issue. I find this hard to believe the comment we don't repair the damage when we replaced the whole rear of the home with new siding. Not sure what more they are wanting. We understand that there was some wind damage from a storm in the Spring that dislocated some of the vinyl siding, but that should not have anything to do with the other crews we hire that do quality work. We don't feel like this is a perpetual responsibility once we made good on the issue we caused and took care of and very irresponsible for the customer to provide such negativity on an issue that really had nothing to do with what quality work most of our crews complete. So sad! We appreciate the opportunity to provide our response and we stand behind the work our crews do."

"Not sure what the issue is here with this project as we completed the project with no issues. There were some surface repairs that we were to do that the homeowner ended up doing themselves. We then had to work with what was done with the repairs as were not done as well as it could have been. No feedback from customer directly. Painted areas as per proposal and all went well. Feel rating is not valid to the work we did provide. Feel customer felt we should have done more with the repairs, but did all we could after what was done. Did not want to take everything apart as would not get paid to do the work correctly."

"This is obviously not how we prefer to operate. Jarod's info is correct for the most part and the crew attempted to correct the issues, but they claim there was some mid-direction on colors and applications. We do send the original crew back to make the corrections to any issues as its their responsibility to do the project correctly. When Jarod was still not satisfied, I offered to send a different crew, but he said the job was good and didn't want another crew. Sorry to hear he then called in another company. We stand behind our projects and this is a rare occurrence and I apologize we did not meet his expectations. We do quite a number of projects through the year and fortunately, these issues are rare."
