German and his Crew were top notch. They exceeded our expectations in staining our deck, barn, posts and beams. Their attention to detail was excellent and they were very easy to work with. They showed up on time every day at the time promised. The way in which they interacted was very professional. They kept their work equipment perfectly tidy. Arturo, the estimator, kept everything on track. Kelsey helped us pick paint colors for inside. You will appreciate her gift. We will want to use Certa Pro for all future painting needs.

Every person I had contact with were great people. They called when they said they would, on time, great work and the clean up was awesome. my husband thought they were a little pricey, but very happy with the job they had done.

CertaPro was very responsive from the start. They are professional and in constant communication during every stage of the work to make sure we were happy with the progress. The crew was friendly and respectful and even gave their opinion about our deck stain which led us to change the finish. We appreciated their input as it resulted in a much better product. The crew would clean up at the end of every day and check in before leaving. They were an efficient crew and completed the prep and painting of our house exterior in four days.

While this was a relatively small exterior painting job, I was provided with a detailed bid that was illustrated with color photographs. CertaPro took the extra effort to use the Dunn-Edwards paint that my HOA prefers and I'm very appreciative of that. The work was done very well and has visibly improved the look of my home. The painter even arrived five minutes early each day. Yes, I would certainly use this firm again.

The whole process from bid to completion of the painting took less than a week. The painters were efficient, kept me informed of their process, and cleaned up after themselves daily. I am very pleased with the service I received. The only 'mix up' was a communication issue in body/trim paint colors that took only a couple of hours total to resolve, which was also done effectively and quickly.
