This company worked hard to get old wallpaper off the bathroom wall and then retextured and painted the room. Chris was very professional and the crew worked efficiently and cleaned up very well. We would enthusiastically recommend this company for any home maintenance or improvement project! A stand-out in the world of contractors!!

This is the second time CertaPro Painters worked on my home. I love that they do a thorough job caulking and making carpentry repairs as well as painting. They take care to check in with the homeowner during every step to ensure satisfaction, and are generally just really nice guys!

The sales associate (Chris Gorlitz) was friendly and efficient. He was very detailed. You can sense that he was focused on our needs. The painting group along with their Forman (Luis) delivered on the promise of providing a high quality job. The painting crew maintained a professional attitude and had enthusiasm through out the entire time they were in our home completing our painting project. Excellent service!

They did an awesome jobe with the acoustic ceiling in my bathroom and washroom area. They also did great with peeling paint in my gararage and sanded the rough spots. The reason they did not get a five star is because the project was one day longer than expected

Salesman was responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. Price was very competitive. Work was completed quickly. There were a few items that were not completed originally however, they were quick to get those items corrected. Very satisfied.

The painters did not mask any surfaces and left paint spatters amthat they had to come back and clean up. Paying 700plus was a lot for a small bathroom

When I hired CertaPro it was on the spot. Their sales pitch is great. I took it hook, line and sinker. They are a lot more expensive but I thought I would get a professional job. Boy was I wrong. Apparently the salesman and the workers do not go by the same work ethics. They were supposed to explain everything they would do before they even started and then after completed go over it with me for my satisfactory thumbs up. NONE OF THAT HAPPENED!!! This was a brand new cedar ceiling with 3 pylons They were supposed to fill in the nail holes with putty and sand the putty off. They stained right over the putty without sanding and now I have fingerprints all over the deck. It looks to me that the stain was put on very thick and not allowed to dry between coats. After 3 weeks its still tacky to the touch. They called me and I told them that I was not happy and that I would just fix it. They told me that they want me to be happy and will send someone out to look at the work. The salesman that sold to me came out and took pictures, then told me that they would be in contact with me soon. Its been a week and I have heard nothing. What a sorry way to run a business. Maybe they will eventually contact me. But I have my doubts..... Train your employees to do what you say. Honor your sales pitch!!!!
