Be sure Mr. Reed looks carefully at the work to be done and be sure he clearly writes all of the work into the contract he writes for the painters. The painters literally will it do anything that is not in the contract and they are not really professional painters. They do a good job it is not a professional job. They have to use tape to not get paint on things but still, they get paint onto things you do not want to be painted. Professional painters do not get paint onto things not meant to be painted.

I do a lot of my own painting, but I don't tackle ceilings and 2-story sloped walls. I have used CertaPro on two occasions for tougher paint projects. Tom is a pleasure to deal with and his crews are great. Ivan managed both of my projects and I've been extremely pleased with his performance. He was on time, professional, very fast and produced quality work. The value certainly outweighs the cost. I highly recommend Tom and CertaPro.

The painters did not do as instructed, They were to sand and paint baseboards, window sills, and doors. The doors were removed and ready for paint. They did not paint completely all of the doors, and baseboard. they did not sand all the base, they dripped paint on the floor. I had a full unopened gallon of paint, CertaPro anticipated this would not be enough, so I bought another gallon. The work was anticipated to take two days, the painters said they were done in 4 hours and only used a half-gallon of paint. One of the painters appeared not to speak English and the other could not speak or understand much English.
