The guys were very helpful, courteous, and hard working. They went out of their way to make the process as easy as possible for me. A challenge since they did the whole house...every room and ceilings. I appreciated their attention to detail as well.

Debbie was great on the bid process, and she did give me a call back after I called the office because I didn't receive the communication from the paint crew leader that I was told I would receive on a specific date. Communication through the office leaves a bit to be desired. However, once the project had begun, the paint crew were great, courteous, friendly, helpful, informative, very competent and did an excellent job! I would recommend the company, but warn those who call them to anticipate scheduling "delay" or "surprises", and failure to get call backs when you are told they will happen. I was a bit disappointed as well that Debbie didn't return to check out the job as she had informed us she would. Unfortunately, communication follow through is not their strong suit.

Debbie was very helpful. She was there during the bidding process and the actual job, and then she came back to inspect the work before I saw it. I thought that wwas very helpful. I have a a lot of wood work and so I was a little worried, but they did not spil a drop. Everything was very straight.
