Everything was satisfactory leading up to the work. Mike came out and provided a quality estimate and timeframe to begin painting. There were issues after painting ended, but Mike and his team ensured customer satisfaction was provided and corrected all issues.

Everything was great but make sure wall prep is done in advance or be very clear what prep you would like done

Used CertaPro Painters of Andover to complete the painting of the interior of my home. The process and quality of workmanship from start to finish were OUTSTANDING!! The sales person who came to my house was super helpful. Painters came in and actually did what he said they would! The painters were courteous and friendly. AND they did a great job painting the inside of my home. Highly recommend them!

Mike and his crew did incredible work painting a bedroom in my home. They took the time to patch existing holes and flaws, they caulked all of the gaps in my trim and they painted the room beautifully and efficiently. This is now the best painted room in my home. Both Mike and his crew were on time, they were courteous and friendly, and I will definitely be using them again in the near future, while also recommending them to others.

I am sorry to say I would not recommend this CertaPro company. My experience was awful. Mike the owner was cordial enough. However, when his crew came in to do the job they dropped a bucker of paint on my wood floor. I had to ask them to leave. Wanting to just settled up with the owner for the work which was completed, I asked for a revised quote. His figure was so close to the quote for the entire job, against my better judgment, I had them come back to complete the work. I waited to receive Mike's final bill, nothing came in the mail. Then I received a letter from an attorney stating I had been placed with them for collections! Appalled, I contacted the attorney immediately and explained Mike never sent me an invoice nor even an email. I paid the amount due to his attorney that day. By not sending me an invoice or even an email, it cost the CertaPro owner the attorney fee. Seems ridiculous to me. In my judgment, this was a complete disaster. Not good business. Poor quality of work. The only positives I can say is his crew was on time and polite.
