Hired with the conditions in writing that any caulking etc would be done anywhere on house needed. Their computer gave them X amount of hours to get the job done and that's what they had to do. Work fast.

After two days of "no-shows" and then a call by us, the first day resulted in lack of drop-cloths/protection. I called & complained. They did come out and cleaned up the splashed, over painted areas. When weather then permitted, they returned to finish the job. With a watchful eye, one area was painted adequately. One part of the job was determined by the owner to need only a power-wash & touch up paint. After one coat of touch-up, he determined they did not estimate for a second needed coat to the few areas. Husband is finishing the job.

"We are committed to satisfying every customer and providing top notch quality in the industry. My staff left voicemails with Mr. S on the days we did not start the project due to rain. The project was an exterior project so we could not work in the rain. My painters were cursed at on the first day of the project for by Mr. S because he did not check the voicemails we left him on his phone. My painters did get some drips on the concrete pad which we assured him were very easy to remove. We apologized and removed the drips with no issues and he apologized to my painters for over reacting. In regards to number of coats, I recommended to Mr. S that two coats would be needed to gain full coverage, but he said 1 coat would be sufficient because they were trying to save money and only trying to make the house look presentable in order to sell it. The proposal we both signed clearly stated 1 coat. After 1 coat was applied to the surfaces, Mr. S did not want to pay for an additional coat. My staff and I strive for customer communication and satisfaction. Our #1 goal is to provide an extraordinary experience for our customers."

CertaPro provided the best home improvement/maintenance service I've ever experienced. They prepped and treated several hundred feet of privacy fencing and a deck. Had to work in a very tight 125' easement to get the back of one length of my fencing and it's done to a level I'd proudly display curbside. Every stage of the process, the service from each and every person involved in my job could not have been better. A receptionist even traveled all the way out here with some extra stain when the crew decided my job wouldn't be perfect without them adding more to the stepping surfaces on my deck stairs. No extra charge. It's been months since they performed my job and everything looks like it was done last week. They are beyond fair with their pricing and altho I hired them in the fall they correctly advise me to wait until spring (and a perfect stretch of weather) to be sure I got the absolute best results for for $$. I highly recommend CertaPro and already know who I'm hiring when I need my interior painted.

Took longer than told because they only had two guys painting complete interior. One didn't show the last 2 days. They had 3 one day but the one guy that was there every day was great. They needed to cover up better, had lots of splatter. Overall good job but could have done better as far as being clean, having enough help and finishing when promised.

After they were done I even looked at the under side of the siding..and it was painted Great also. They even stayed late to finish up the job,,, made sure we understood what was to be painted... an when it would start...PRAISE GOD it was done one day early...
