The paint job was ok however when they pressure washed the house they broke the seal around one window and the water leaked into the house and damaged interior paint. They will not resolve the issue and now Calvin Smith is not returning any of our calls. We are big fans of a Certapro in Georgia and thought we would have a similar experience at our Florida house. Do not use them. We paid them $9000!

The work will begin on 2 Dec. I met the workers today. Very nice people. More to follow at a later date. Today is 5 Dec. Cabinet doors have been processed and painted. They are being installed with new hinges. Work will be completed this afternoon. I am very pleased with man and wife team doing the work. EXCELLENT

We had our exterior brick painted. The crew came right on time each morning, cleaned up after each day, and always asked a question to us if they weren't sure of something. We had this done almost a year ago. People have stopped to tell us how gorgeous the home is. We couldn't be happier, and we have already recommended to at least 5 people in our neighborhood. Very professional in all ways.

I would never hire this company again. They did not deliver anything they promised! Painting was sloppily done. Left a big mess after they left all over my patio, the garbage cans, and windows. Did not show up on the times they said they would was late every day. I would never hire this company again. If I could give fewer stars, I would.

Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture Application, Repair or Removal
Not very professional in terms of knowing the proper paint to use. Did not do a good job applying and matching the texture to the ceiling. I paid a lot of money to have the ceilings patched and spray painted (they couldn't rolled because the texture was applied without primer), and I do not think I received a good value for the money.

Had a great experience when I hired CertaPro, they delivered what they promised. They provided daily communication on paint status as I was traveling and wasn't able to see the work first hand. I was very pleased at my return, the condo now looks fantastic.

Initially had some mix-up about paint color but problem was solved quickly and project turned out perfect. Mike Tipton(painter) went out of his was to make sure everything was completed correctly

Certa Pro was excellent to work with. They removed the popcorn from the ceilings and retextured them to my satisfaction in addition to painting 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Very professional. Entire staff was helpful and available when I needed them. I would definitely use them again.

The customer hired this company for exterior painting and to paint a bathroom. They also were supposed to replace the vents on the soffits and they refused. The customer says they did a horrible job from the start and she already paid them half upfront. They have come with 2 different crews and the project is still not done right, The doors won't even close now.

Quality of the work was extremely poor. CertaPro had 9 days with the house empty to do the work, but didn't get started until the last 3 days. They seemed rushed and did most of the work at night, adding to the poor quality of work. They are having to return to fix the ceilings they resurfaced.

Its been a year and a half and their work is totally deteriorated.The paint that was used was inferior quality,after 4 months of work I cancelled the contract since they were only 50% complete. They are not professional painters but employees given a paint brush and told to paint.Management is all smiles but completely incompetent. For the money they are charging you can do better with college students.

Nobody's perfect. Outstanding customer service! CertaPro stayed in touch throughout the project. The painter, Marlon, was very professional and did a great job. However, as mentioned, there's there's only one of us that was perfect, Marlon is in the 98 percentile.

Had one person painting my house and they pulled him to help with another job. Weather played a little role in delay of getting the job completed. Once completed, he did a good job.

they got paint on everything.. even my wood floors.. light fixtures, mirrors, t.v., EVERYTHING. They work was not good at all I could've done a better job myself. would not hire!!!
