I did a review on Google. The whole process from proposal to contract was outstanding. Very professional, accurate and answered all my questions on which paint to use and why. Actual performance of the contract was outstanding . Chris and his team were exceptional and did everything they were expected to do. They were always starting on time and left after 5 everyday. Kept the work area clean and orderly at all times. Contract was completed as expected and the house looks GREAT. Note the other contractractor said they were going to bid ,but never did. Certapro management was involved throughout the total process insuring I was completely satisfied. It's a shame all small Florida contractors don't perform this way. T.K.Krapf

Steve was fabulous and his crew were on-time and did an excellent job. I loved that Steve just went to his car, worked out his numbers and came back to me with a printed quote. Had a printer in his car! Who knew! One year later and we are very happy with the way the paint held up. His pricing was in the middle - not the highest nor lowest, but after seeing the finished project, I would say the best. Superior job and great people!! I have recommended this company several times.

Excellent work. Very satisfied.

They were the most expensive but what we were promised is the reason we went with them. The contract stated they would move items from the house and put back for an additional fee (we paid). They left everything out in the rain and ruined. The two coats we were promised still did not cover as well as stated....I could go on and on. The worst part after we paid in full was when we requested the owner to come out to ask if what he saw was acceptable for his house. He DID NOT take ANY ownership for his company. There was blame on all the individuals HE hired and fired. There was no compensation for items ruined (cost was almost $1,000) nor was there ANY apology or even empathy for what his company ruined. And the best part...we had to wait three months for them to come back and finish the job.

Outside paint job was ok (trim paint was too thin) but inside was a little sloppy. One of the painters doing the work liked to talk way too much and not pay attention. His work falled because of it. Owner is a nice guy, just needs to hire more professional workers.

They were prompt, very neat and did a spectacular job. I have a two story house with a very difficult angle in the back of the house. Both my husband and myself were very pleased with the work that was done.

Bad timing with weather, but they returned and did an excellent job!! Highly recommend!
