The initial meeting for a price quote was very informative. Jason, the company representative, did much more than our own contractor ! His attention to detail sold us right away. The scheduling coordinator was extremely helpful because we had to reschedule the project kick off three times. When we finally began the crew arrived a little early and took the time to walk around and ask questions and verify the work expectations. They were very thorough and professional and caused no disruption to our day at all. Overall, the price we paid was lower than what I was expecting and everyone involved in the process was wonderful to work with. I canâ t imagine using another company for any future painting weâ ll need !

Their painters were definitely skilled and they used high quality paint. They painted all the ceilings in every room of our three bedroom house and did an excellent job. We will be using them for all our painting needs.

I have used CertaPro 3 times over the past 20 years. 2 exterior paint jobs, and 1 interior paint job. Each time they have been wonderful to work with and I couldn't ask for a better experience. This most recent time was set up to take place in the first part of 2020 and then the pandemic shutdowns happened. Once things opened up for them, they were able to come out to do the job. As in the past, they were very professional, kept me informed and finished the job in a couple of days. In my case it was a zero lot house with some very tight spaces with lots of obstacles. They didn't do any damage to any of the exterior plants or fixtures, or hot tub in my case. All in all, they actually do what most companies only claim to do and what everybody wants: i.e. From the initial contact and estimate all the way though completion of the job, they are easy to work with, keep you informed, show up on time, do a great job, and fully clean up when done,

Property MISSING from project a $1300.00 laptop. No attention to protection . Did not remove switch and plug plates . Drywall patching and texture done to a amateur level at best . One guy on the job (who would show up occasionally ) was the only guy to speak English . Project manager just had excuse after excuse mostly pointed at me and anything else That would deflect from there poor workmanship . Overall a horrific experience. Had to pay to have it redone . I have been remodeling for over 30 years and without a doubt the worst workmanship and professionalisms I have ever seen . I cannot recommend this franchise . They have 0 rating at the BBB and now I know why . Run don t walk away .

They were so professional. They showed up on time . They had a large crew & finished quickly even though they had lots of repair work & 3 different paint colors. I really appreciated their curtesy. Clean up was well done. Stored their equipment out of the way. I would definitely use them again!

They did a great job, really first class! I feel like certain things could have been done better but it would have taken another hour or two and these guys are very busy - and I am a perfectionist. They are in and out of your house, don't make a mess, and do a great job. I will hire them again. - George
