Only reason I had to rate the quality is that my carpet cleaner came early and the CertaPro guys left in rather a hurry. Noticed a couple of very minor things that they'd probably have fixed if I hadn't had to run them out of the house! But they were very professional and extremely nice.

was very pleased with our CertaPro experience. We had our entire exterior repainted, as well as problem boards/siding replaced. We had a complete color and color scheme change. Ramiro and his team were very professional. We had a few concerns during the job but we were able to work them out. I think this is the most important thing, because they wonderfully received our feedback and worked with us to address the issues. Once the job was completed we had a final walk through. I would recommend to my friends, and will use CertaPro again in the future.

5 stars for the work they did, but overall 4.5 rating because we got a fairly new sales rep whose quote wasn't as accurate as it should have been. Our house looks great, and it only took them 2 days even though we had a lot of rotten wood to replace! My neighbors chose a cheaper company and have had workers gradually doing their exterior for a week now with no end in sight. You get what you pay for!

They were very neat and cleaned up really well. Did a very good job and could tell that they took pride in their work. The painter was very personable and made sure he understood what was to be done. He was late in coming to meet with me but was very apologetic and it didn't happen again.

These guys were fantastic to work with. The quality of the work was top notch and the way they prep and tape off everything shows their amazing attention to detail. They worked with me on price as well. What more can you want from a company?!?! Jerry is probably the most talented painter/stainer EVER!!!!! If you can request him I highly recommend it!! I was over the top pleased with my job. I will hire these guys 10 times over!!! Steve the owner was great to work with as well. Hire with confidence!

The painter TJ did great work for the first 3 days. However On the last day, he found out there was a miscommunication between the Franchise owner and him on the contract price. So on the last day, he did not fix the deficiencies and did minimal corrective work just so as to collect the payment check.

Mike was very accomadating and easy to work with. We paid nothing until the project was completely finished to our satisfaction. We were pleased with the crew - they were also easy to work with and responded well to whatever we asked them to do. We will highly recommend CertaProPainters to anyone who is considering having their home painted.

I asked for the front brick work on my home to be painted. I got that and my CHIMNEY ! Since they couldn't garantee on how the chimney would look if the primer was removed, I opted to leave it alone. I hate it. I feel for the price that was paid, my house should look darn near perfect. Very,very sloppy work. Very disappointed. I felt like I was babysitting daily. I made frequent calls to the owner, and thought he was geniunely concerned. If I were him, I wouldn't want anyone to know his company painted my house. Neighbors are no longer considering his company for work. This review should not come as a big surprise.

They did an excellent job. I chose them over others because they have two men on the job and can get it done quicker and more safely. Cleaned up every night when they were through, overall, good work.

Mike showed up when he said he would, and he gave me a quick bid. They came out within a week and completed the job in 5 hours. They did a great job of cleaning up and I had no complaints about the price. Will use Mike again in the future for any wall texturing/painting needs.

When contracting with CertaPro, I specifically requested that the popcorn ceiling be rolled instead of sprayed. Howerver, when the crew arrived, they advised that they only sprayed popcorn ceilings. The first spray coat did not provide the cover we wanted or anticipated. However, the crew foreman returned and re-sprayed, and the finished job satisfied us. They are very customer service oriented and were willing to do the job to satisfy our painting requirements.
