Certa Pro Painters

If I could do 10 stars I would! TL:DR- the attention to detail in work and customer service have been the highlight to our stressful move process! The epitome of amazing customer service and quality of work! 10/10 recommend! We were so fortunate to work with Kurt?s team (Memo as the foreperson and his team of Jose, Suzi, and Gracia) We originally had a tight turnaround time for completion - to which they were able to oblige- then the dates had unfortunately need to change (because of things on our end). Kurt absolutely rolled with it and made me feel completely at ease with everything! The work was done faster than I expected - they really had an amazing groove! To include moving anything in the way, taking down and reinstalling blinds so they don?t get messed up, and although there was protection on the floors- they respected that we are a no shoe inside house. When it came to our walkthrough- it was obvious they take pride in their work as They were catching things I could

Kurt and his team did an excellent job. Their attention to detail exceeded my expectations . I would definitely use them again. Ken J

Horrible experience. There was patching work done on settling cracks before painters were hired. They painted over the patching without fixing or informing us of any concerns. Results...you can see the patching through the paint. On day 2 they said they would sand it down. Still issues. Asked if it needed stucco work. they said maybe but they would not do it and I needed to pay them. Painters on site told us one thing while the boss told us a different story. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.....Do not use them in Apopka Florida. When told I would not pay until they fixed the issues, they threatened me with a court case. The work should never have been started before addressing the settling patches. Now. I have to get a stucco company out to address

The job completed was Ok, not great and not bad, but the time it took to complete the job was unsatisfactory . Took them a week to complete the interior painting of walls in an empty house. Then did even offer to reduce pricing seeing as it was initially estimated to be completed in two days. I was initially going to used them to get exterior painted but after this, I opted to used a different company.

Kurt Holbrook, CertaPro, exhibits a work ethic that, along with excellent communication, response time and question resolution, strives for and delivers a first-class, quality project. The exterior of our residence was completed in the promised four-day period and from the inception Kurt took our concerns to heart and explained the step-by-step process throughout that time. We were shown the containers of the paints and patching materials that were being applied along with their labels. Both Joe and Victor were a great team and executed their work with attention and pride. They also were good communicators during the process as well as being most respectful, friendly and good-natured and took great pains to clean up after themselves on a daily basis. We will be contracting the interior painting of our home in the not too distant future and Kurt and CertaPro top our list of potential contractors. In summation, even though they are not the least expensive out there, they undoubtedly are among the very best! I would not hesitate for one moment to recommend this company to family, friends and neighbors. They are that good. T

I interviewed 7 people / companies and got quotes from 5. CertaPro / Kurt wasn't the cheapest or most expensive but he was the one i felt best about. Kurt was personal and professional. Responded to messages very quickly. Attention to detail was excellent. Couple of items after the work was done Kurt handled asap and got the crew back out. I would use / recommend Kurt in the future and have inside work to be done and will be using Kurt / CertaPro. Excellent work.

They did great work and were very fast. Looked around at other painters and CERTA Pro was by far the most professional and provided the best rate.

VERY PROFESSIONAL. DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB OF PAINTING MY HOUSE. THE OWNER WAS PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED THE ENTIRE PROCESS THAT WAS TO BE APPLIED TO MY HOUSE. HOUSE WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND NO AFTER CLEAN UP WAS REQUIRED. HAVE RECEIVED A GREAT DEAL OF COMPLIMENTS FROM OUR NEIGHBORS.

Kurt was a pleasure to work with and I will for sure use him on future projects for my home and business!

Fast, friendly professional service. The team exceeded my expectations!

I contacted ServiceMagic to identify a painter for our home. I was contacted by Paul from Certa Pro Painters and found him to be polite, articulate, and interested in what I needed and wanted. He did not try to sell me anything, but was concerned with meeting my needs. A mere three days later, his team showed up on-time, and was polite/friendly, professional and clean. My entire contact with Certa Pro Painters was very pleasant. I found them to be professional and honest and would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional looking painting project. We anticipate working with them in the near future for another project.

Everything was done on a timely manner, very happy with the results

Kurt has great customer service, professional and with great attention to detail. The master painter, Mustrada, was exceptional and he and his helper were terrific. My house looks great and my pool deck looks great. I highly recommended Certa Pro in the Orlando area. Great job!

Certa Pro Painters responded to my call immediately, showed enthusiasm for the work, showed up on time and were very polite and respectful of our home, carpets, etc/ I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to friends and family.

These painters did a great job,ten times better then the last ones I hired. They cleaned, caulked, and painted past my expectations. I would not only recommend to friends but to my other family members.

Fully professional, on time, job completed as estimated. Use these guys-- they were really good!

Excellent customer service, quality application, outstanding price. The crew did great prep work which is the secret to a professional exterior paint job. No complaints. Should have done this years ago.

The painting team was extremely professional and courteous. They were prompt and did an expert job in painting the exterior of my home, giving experienced advice and recommendations. I could not be happier with the results!

Kurt and his team are great! They did everything they said they would and the results were excellent. My house looks brand new!

Kurt was very responsive and made sure the work was done properly... had some rain issues on fresh paint but he made sure that the work was done again and done right.

Mr. Holbrook & his staff were very personable, professional and patient. They were attentive to details, fast & left no unsightly messes. We are "extremely" pleased with their services from A-Z & "highly recommend them to anyone looking to paint their home. Were it possible we would rate them as a solid "10"! Thank you to all the staff.

The painters did not paint the interior on the sliding glass doors and they got paint all over the place...including my wood floors. One of the painters tore off a piece of rug pad (that my installer cut and put to the side) and used it as her drop cloth. The owner Kurt, was not nice to deal with, especially at the end of the project.

I'll sum it up by Saying - great experiance! As a remote landlord, i was looking for someone with good communicatin, quality andlow pric to pai.t the. Omplete housee. Work was done quickly, Within them estimated time frame low price and my tenets and my satisfaction.

did a great job no mess kept paint where it should be

There are 2 areas that rea very visible that should have received better prep work. The washer was disconnected when the painter painted behind it and not reconnected. I used it and caused a small flood. Other than that it was a big job well done.
