Certa Pro Painters

Horrible experience. There was patching work done on settling cracks before painters were hired. They painted over the patching without fixing or informing us of any concerns. Results...you can see the patching through the paint. On day 2 they said they would sand it down. Still issues. Asked if it needed stucco work. they said maybe but they would not do it and I needed to pay them. Painters on site told us one thing while the boss told us a different story. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.....Do not use them in Apopka Florida. When told I would not pay until they fixed the issues, they threatened me with a court case. The work should never have been started before addressing the settling patches. Now. I have to get a stucco company out to address

The job completed was Ok, not great and not bad, but the time it took to complete the job was unsatisfactory . Took them a week to complete the interior painting of walls in an empty house. Then did even offer to reduce pricing seeing as it was initially estimated to be completed in two days. I was initially going to used them to get exterior painted but after this, I opted to used a different company.

Kurt Holbrook, CertaPro, exhibits a work ethic that, along with excellent communication, response time and question resolution, strives for and delivers a first-class, quality project. The exterior of our residence was completed in the promised four-day period and from the inception Kurt took our concerns to heart and explained the step-by-step process throughout that time. We were shown the containers of the paints and patching materials that were being applied along with their labels. Both Joe and Victor were a great team and executed their work with attention and pride. They also were good communicators during the process as well as being most respectful, friendly and good-natured and took great pains to clean up after themselves on a daily basis. We will be contracting the interior painting of our home in the not too distant future and Kurt and CertaPro top our list of potential contractors. In summation, even though they are not the least expensive out there, they undoubtedly are among the very best! I would not hesitate for one moment to recommend this company to family, friends and neighbors. They are that good. T

I interviewed 7 people / companies and got quotes from 5. CertaPro / Kurt wasn't the cheapest or most expensive but he was the one i felt best about. Kurt was personal and professional. Responded to messages very quickly. Attention to detail was excellent. Couple of items after the work was done Kurt handled asap and got the crew back out. I would use / recommend Kurt in the future and have inside work to be done and will be using Kurt / CertaPro. Excellent work.

They did great work and were very fast. Looked around at other painters and CERTA Pro was by far the most professional and provided the best rate.

VERY PROFESSIONAL. DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB OF PAINTING MY HOUSE. THE OWNER WAS PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED THE ENTIRE PROCESS THAT WAS TO BE APPLIED TO MY HOUSE. HOUSE WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND NO AFTER CLEAN UP WAS REQUIRED. HAVE RECEIVED A GREAT DEAL OF COMPLIMENTS FROM OUR NEIGHBORS.
