Professional, thorough, responsive, and excellent painters...CertaPro is an affordable option for all of your painting needs. They painted our home three weeks ago: they first pressure hosed all exterior surfaces and the next day, meticulously covered windows, porches, concrete and painted our entire house in a day. To Marc who provided the estimate, to Julie who coordinated the services and payment, to Phil who oversaw the project and especially Leo, our painterâ ¦thank you for a job well done!

I own a historic home with lots of detail and I am extremely cautious as to who I hire for any work. Marc Montagano provided an extremely thorough estimate and worked with me on several different proposals and timing. My Job Site Supervisor, Adrian Serena and his team, did a fantastic job! Adrian is a professional and is an extremely hard worker along with his team. House looks amazing! Would definitely recommend!

Theresa Smith is so knowledgeable and gives top-notch customer service. She explained the steps needed to protect our new fence and set up an appointment. I was so impressed with the communication! Jose and his crew came out the first day to power wash and prepare our fence and the second visit they stained the fence. They were so professional and very careful not to touch my flowers along the fence. I have used Theresa at Certapro and appreciate how helpful she is in getting the estimate ready and the work started. We will be having them come back to paint the inside of our home next.

Adrian Serna and his team did an amazing job. They were friendly, happy, and most important of all, they're professionals who care about the job. We will definitely be coming back because of them.

The professional painter Iâ ve used in the past closed his business for health reasons and recommended CertaPro to do future jobs for me. He said they do his quality of work. He was right and I was very happy with everything and everyone involved with CertaPro...from Julie, on the phone, to Luis, arriving on time and presenting me with a good estimate, to Jesus arriving on time and doing a high quality job of repairing drywall and painting. Great care was taken to protect my furniture, etc and the cleanup after was good. I highly recommend CertaPro and will use them again when I need work done.

This was the second time I have used CertaPro Painters and will certainly use them again. They are top notch and professional. Josh and Francisco were courteous and respectful of ourselves and our home. They let us know when they would be arriving and where they were going when they left the property. They answered all our questions and did what we asked of them. I cannot thank them enough.

Very professional from beginning to end. Clear description of what was included in the work. Worked with us when we needed help deciding on colors. Guillermo, our painter, did a great job and was very interested in making sure we were happy with the work.

Certa has a smooth process for working with them..getting the estimate, scheduling etc. The painters worked very carefully around my home; they arrived at the time they said they would; they cleaned up their tools daily. The finished product is A one.

I can't put zero stars but I would if I could. DO NOT use these folks. They are just bidders, they don't paint. When your job goes wrong because of shoddy work, they blame it on some nameless sub-contractor and take no responsibility. Their contracts are detailed but good luck getting them to stand up to what they agree to. We contracted them to paint for us. We were assured certain outcomes. Within an hour of the crew leaving, paint was falling off our siding. We had paint all over our fences, deck, window frames, iron work, and fixtures. Not to mention countless drops, smears, missed spots, etc. They blamed our siding for some of this issues. We agreed to pay them more to do the job again and not only did they not fix issues, they caused many more- and now we have to re-side our home. Now they refuse to do any more work and refuse to warranty what they did. They have pawned us off on their insurance and have provided false info to them so the claim gets denied. RUN AWAY!!!

Professional from start to finish! The communication was excellent and the job was finished on time without any issues. Jaime and his crew did a fantastic job.

The estimate was within range of other companies; the 3-man painting team was punctual and efficient with their time; the project was finished within the time promised; there were 6 areas with vaulted ceilings and a deep stairwell; and the work was first rate! I will hire CertaPro Painters again.

CertaPro Painters helped us immensely with our Exterior Painting project. From the get go, customer service has been wonderful. Phil and Julie helped out so much! Meg picked out great color schemes for us to work with! Jaime and his crew completed the project faster than anticipated, and did a remarkable job, After walking the job, I noticed a couple of areas that required touch up and they were right out to help and resolve any issues! Great experience all around! Highly recommend this team to help you with any painting needs.

What I did like very much was the inspection at the completion of the painting. Anything that looked like needing a touch up was marked and taken care of. What I did not like was the lack of communication regarding the times the workers would show up and the delay in completing the job. Also, cleaning up was only done at the end of the job, not on a daily basis. The office personnel were very professional and courteous.

The young man that headed up the project Oscar, was very helpful and experienced. Good good, explained the process well and what work they did.

From estimate to scheduling to job completion each interaction was completed with professionalism and competence.

The crew were timely, communicative and did a super job. They were on time and informed me every step of the way, so we were not inconvenienced with the furniture moving or the order in which rooms were painted. The woodwork was done perfectly and I would hire this particular crew again.
