We had CertaPro come out and paint several rooms in our home. Walls and trim in the Living room (20' walls), kitchen, dining, office (15' walls), master bedroom, small bathroom, stairway, gameroom (ceiling too), and all common areas of the home. This was all completed in 3 days. Jesus and his crew were very professional and always showed up and worked throughout the day in great moods. The work was great, and I don't have anything negative to say. CertaPro was one of two companies I had come out for estimates, and CertaPro was 20% cheaper than the other company. I feel like I got a good deal in terms of price. I have already recommended CertaPro to one of our friends.

I used Certa Pro before to remove popcorn ceiling, knowing how professional, reliable, guarantee, dependable I knew there would be no issues painting a living room and family room. I received 3 quotes from other professionals with different techniques but went with Certa Pro, reasonable fees, timely completion and knew the project would be completed. Each day I received a call to make sure the projects were to my satisfaction.

These painters were very careful about not spilling paint on any articles of furniture or windows on the outside. They showed up on time each day and worked virtually without breaks. Although the cost was a little higher than I expected, I would recommend them to other people. A very professional job done.

Jerry Baker's team OMAR, supervisor did an AMAZING job. Especially since two adults and two dogs were living here while the popcorn ceiling was being scraped, textured and painted over a three day period. They did such a wonderful job had them repaint the office. Some drippings from texture on doors and odd places. Some paint came off the walls and I don't have touch up so they'll have to be repainted. But bottom-line, I've already recommend them to a college. Never did see or hear or get a check up from the salesman, Jerry Baker again - so no follow up. Omar took the money when the job was done and did excellent clean up. PREPARE FOR DUST! And I did have to to pay to get a lead test because the house is so old. $200!

Job was rushed and needed lots of repair and touch-ups. Also damaged recently installed flooring. Cleanup was not what we expected.

"This was not a typical job for us and indeed there were issues that needed to be addressed, which we did immediately. The crew returned to the house to complete clean-up and necessary touch-ups. The customer advised us that clean-up and touch-ups met with his approval. Floors were fully covered during the project so we are unsure what caused the damage but the homeowner was compensated to have necessary repairs handled."

Price was competitive, quote was thorough, awarded them the job. First day was a mess. Everyone was late. Subcontractor crew lead said it couldn't be done on time so was dismissed, another sub was brought in and was also a fail. Late in the day, Jerry shuffled further and the work was able to start the next day. To their credit, they got the work done on time. Had to have them back to fix some problems like baseboards painted the wrong color, overspray, texturing problems, didn't remove some items that were to be removed before painting. When all was said and down, the work looks great now. It was just a bit bumpy as the head wasn't completely connected to the body.

"The day the job was to start we learned that the customer had scheduled flooring to be installed which curtailed the amount of time to finish the work. As noted above, the original crew did not believe work could be done in time to accommodate this deadline (this house was currently unoccupied). I spent the day reorganizing my production schedule to ensure I had one of my crews on board that could complete the work as the customer requested -- which they did, including additional work that the customer added while the job was in progress. We started one day later than expected but still completed the work on time. Also noteworthy, there was loose baseboard and shoe mold that was to be painted two different colors. These were going to be installed after the floors were installed. The crew did mix up what to be which color but this was remedied after the customer got back in town as realized the mix-up. The crew did a great job on this house."

based on the quality of the estimation process , we ended up having the entire inside of our home painted including all the floor trim and crown molding. Our home now looks better than it did when we moved into it when it was first built. Certa Pro sent a very experienced team that spent 6 full days on our project and came back one time for minor touchup on a double vanity that was painted a new color. Excellent results for a fair price that was completed according to a clear estimate that include photos of each room with descriptions of what to expect.
