To whom it may concern, June 10, 2020 This is a letter of recommendation for CertaPro Painters of Portland. I recently hired CertaPro to paint my older 3,200 square foot, 2 story home. They completed pressure washing, priming and painting in two and a half (2½) days! The work was very professional and the crew members were all friendly, accommodating and efficient. They went above and beyond what the contract called for and did not hesitate to remedy any small thing I wanted changed. The first estimate I received from another painting company was $1,000 short of being three times the price CertaPro charged. A second company was nearly twice the amount. Jesse Koehler, the man who made everything happen, was my customer service liaison and he, too, went above and beyond what I ever expected from any painting contractor. He even offered a cost effective solution to my rough cedar siding, which had peeling paint and an original lead based paint coat, which no other company appeared to think of. It worked remarkably well! I would not hesitate to highly recommend Jesse Koehler and CertaPro Painters of Portland for any painting job! I found them through Home Advisor. Thanks so much! Certa Pro was on time, fast, meticulous and hassel free. The Estimater was the most excellent at providing me with photos of house and what will be done for the house. Everthing promised was diliverd.

Both the estimator and work crew were polite and easy to work with.The crew did ask about job on arrival but more as a double check on what we expected of the job.

Brad was very personable, and his crew arrived early and did an excellent job----concern that the crew not knowing what the job was when they got here addressed with Brad in the walkthrough. I would definitely hire them again!

Brad and his crew (especially Alex) did great work painting the interior of our house before we moved in. They went above and beyond to make sure things were done right, done on time, and communicated really well the whole time. Would recommend them and would like to use them when we're ready to paint the exterior of our home.

CertaPro completed the siding repair and painting under one contract. Therefore, we did not have to contract with another company. Brad's crew were very hard workers and completed the project in less time than I was expecting. I have already recommended them to a neighbor who used them to do siding repair and painting on their home.

Garrett was easy to work with and responded well with text messaging. We had a couple of delays but the work was done well. I would hire him again!

We had some ceiling patch work and paints in the house. They we’re able to send a great crew over on short notice and got the job done in an excellent manner. We we very pleased with service.

I just had the ceiling in the bathroom repainted to clean up the cut in lines that were done very sloppy by CertaPros There was paint where it was not suppose to be and no paint where it was suppose to be on other parts of my condo. The owner came out 3 times to make the corrections himself and finally offered me a discount. My total remodel had numerous delays etc from the start and the work that CertaPro did just added to the problems. They did spray all of my doors and they look nice it's the detail work that needs improvement and the language barrier with the crew.

Mine was a small but detailed job (kitchen cabinets), my time is flexible, Brad had multiple both inside & outside jobs going during a changeable weather season. We worked together to get my job done while allowing his crews to complete exterior work when weather was good. A bit hard since it was the kitchen, but both of our flexibility made it work.
