"Sincere apologies on your small shrubs. Sometime ladders must be set safely and some small plants maybe damaged. November is a difficult month to judge plant conditions. I believe this spring will provide remedy to your shrubs. Please let us know your concerns if spring growth does not remedy your concerns"
"Mr. Lourche I am so sorry your experience with CertaPro was unsatisfactory. We have several processes we follow to circumvent the experience you describe. 1.) All our projects have detailed defined scope which is reviewed and signed by the home owner. You signed your contract on the 27th of February. That contracted included all colors, all paint types, all rooms and surfaces you wanted painted. 2.) At the time of the project kick-off on the 4th of March we walked the project with you and received new direction changing colors and scope. The project manager contacted me immediately and given how fluid the situation was, I informed him to do as you requested and in turn he changed the colors and added free work to your project in hopes of maintaining a happy customer. 3.) At project completion we insist on a pride walk at which time the project manager and you walked the project. We completed the pride walk on 6 March we received your approval and received payment in full. 4.) At the completion of the project you also tipped each member of the crew $50. 5.) As a standard practices we contact our customer 1-2 days after each project completion to make sure everything is to their liking. We called and left messages on 7th and the 11th of March. We did not hear back from you and assumed you were happy with your project. 6.) Some 13 days after project completion you placed your HomeAdvisor response. We take pride in our reputation, I am so sorry you found your experience unsatisfactory. We have used your feedback to improve our pride walk and follow-up practices."
