Do not use Certa pro of West Grove. . John Facile does not return phone calls and did not finish the project completely. Avoid using this company they are not dependable.

We do owe you a call back for touch ups. Under the current stay at home orders in PA, we are not providing any but the most time sensitive painting services. thought they were wonderful. They were very professional. They took on a job they couldn't even come and see ahead of time. We didn't even own the house yet. They took it on our word that it was a raw garage. They ended up having to do some sanding and finishing that the builders didn't do. They were very wonderful. The guy who lead the group was very, very nice. they came in the evening to start. They also had to squeeze our job in between two other jobs so that we could have the garage painted before we move all our junk in. They were awesome, all five of them were very polite and courteous. They banged out 2/3 of it in an evening and the foreman came back the next day to do a second coat. He stayed all day. He did the painting, did the ceiling and was here all day. He just knocked it out. They were wonderful and very, very nice.

Everyone I dealt with was very professional, courteous, they did exactly what they said they would and did a great job. They were not the cheapest but they were dependable, which is very important to me. The sales person was so honorable, he went above and beyond and so did the painters. I'm really impressed with all the employees and I can't say enough good things.

Everyone was extremely easy to work with and very diligent. It was a large project and they were on top of every detail. The painters (Rodrigo and Eduardo) were timely, efficient, extremely helpful, and committed to getting everything done to my expectations! I would definitely recommend them!

The company did not honor all of the quote terms. Most specifically clean up and preparation of surfaces. The quote stated all downspouts would be removed prior to painting. Not only were they never removed, but they were also covered with stain remnants from power washing removal of the old product. They have not cleaned up afterward. Storm door handles, exterior light fixtures were not covered prior to chemical application of stain stripper and finishes are ruined. Anything close to the painting surface such as trash cans, air conditioner units were not covered prior to removal of old stain and never cleaned. The work crew had to be reminded multiple times regarding the scope of work with regard to extra power washing. Work crew barely spoke English. Do not believe what you are told, do not hire this contractor unless you are willing to do a ton of cleanup after they finish. I sent a note with this information along with payment expecting the contractor to remedy the situation. My mistake, I never heard from them.

Certa Pro was very timely and reasonably priced. We liked the professional approach by their representative - Maria. The team power washed our house, and painted the exterior (siding and windows) - all was done in 2.5 days. A few areas (wood under the front window and the front porch) needed to be re-done that is why I am giving them 4.5 stars. I recommend them.

We hired CertPro to restain the exterior of our cedar sided home. The original estimate included one coat of stain and repairs to spots where the cedar had rotted. We additionally requested to have the individuals repairing the siding to look at a 45" id round window frame that needing fixing. Overall the repairs and the restaining were completed satisfactorily and the house looks great. We were especially happy with the repair to the round window. I would recommend this company.

Everything was carefully explained and excellent recommendations were made as well. The crew prepped the front porch floor, door, door frame, cornices, and foundation quickly and thoroughly. Two coats of paint were applied and the area cleaned up spotlessly. I am thoroughly happy with the results and highly recommend CertaPro.
