CertaPro did a great job replacing rotten wood and painting our house and garage. They kept us informed of their schedule, they worked quickly (2-3 days) with a full crew, the finished product looks great and we even ended slightly under budget. An amazing experience from start to finish! The sales professional Jason Nelson was exactly that, professional. Extremely knowledgeable, upfront with cost and scope of work, and made every effort to make us feel comfortable with the process. The crew that took on our large job was outstanding. They were quick, did an outstanding job of cleaning up the work site each night, and very thorough. We always new the timeline, what to expect next, and discussed the project each day with the team lead so they could be sure we were happy with the progress. In the end the new paint on the exterior of our house turned out better then we could have imagined. And the number of compliments we received were overwhelming, many were people we did not know that would just stop by. And most wanted to know one thing, who painted your home? CertaPro Painters! I cannot thank them enough or give them a high enough recommendation.

They went the extra mile by removing stuck-on vines from the siding and even behind the gutters/downspouts before applying the paint. Everything looked great when finished.

We had never hired a company to paint our house before... we had always done it ourselves to *save money*. The painters from CertaPro Indy made it worth it to hire someone! Chuy and Jose did a fantastic job on the outside of our house. It looks great, but most importantly to us, it took care of the wear and tear on the house. They repaired/replaced the wood that needed it, caulked and painted the trim. Our front door and garage door were VERY faded from the weather and sun, and we are thrilled and relieved with how those both turned out - which is saying a lot because we are picky! Makes the house feel new. The guys were kind and professional, paid attention to details. They were ON TIME which is important to us because it is irritating when contractors are late, esp with no communication. They communicated well with us. They got it done quickly but made sure it was enough time to get it done right! They even told us (and used) what paint was best for the current weather and temps. CertaPro Indy completed our exterior home painting project. Brady went above and beyond to help us move our project forward when we had glitch with a private contractor. The painting team was neat, clean, organized and professional. We are extremely satisfied with our experience. Honestly, we had 2 lower quotes but felt CertaPro was the right choice for our project and we are so glad we choose wisely.

Estimate seemed high but learned it was correctly figured.

They don't do caulking very well and I wish they would use more tape.

Certa Pro Indy did a large interior paint job for me as well as painting my cabinets, converting them from stained wood to white. I live in Columbus, Indiana and was excited that they now serve my area because we lack professional painters. All the work was outstanding, the crews were very professional and worked quickly and the price was very reasonable. Extremely helpful to me was the free color consult by a Sherwin Williams color consultant included in the Certa jobs. She picked colors for me that I never would have picked but they are amazing complements to my trim, carpet and furnitures. I have more work to do this spring and I'll be hiring Certa Pro again.

We had to work long distance since we live in a different state than where the house being painted is. The communication and follow through we experienced with Certa Pro is top notch. We did have a glitch in picking the right color, but our project manager, Brady, worked with us to get it right. We are very pleased with how the house looks and with the excellent workmanship. Since we have tenants in the home, I can tell you that Brady ensured that they were contacted with the work schedule, and encouraged them to contact him with concerns. We will absolutely hire them again!

Colton Priser was awesome to work with and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done. Had outdoor painting on one home and indoor work and painting on another the same day and it went as smooth as could be. Work was all done in a day and looked great! The guys were very professional, friendly and did a great job!
