They were wonderful from the time of the quote, to the evaluation , as well as the interaction. Julien and his crew did a great job in understanding my needs, sanding areas that required it. They were on time and were here when they said they would be. They cleaned everyday before leaving as well as vacuumed. A professional service an job well done throughout the process from beginning to the end.

Amazing. I had to leave the house halfway through the job. They explained exactly what they will do. I felt very comfortable leaving. When I came back the job was done perfectly and they charged the exact amount as estimated. Will use again in the future.

A great experience. Painting my house was a big project, as I had a lot of rotten trim and facia boards that needed replacing. They quoted a very competitive price, and when the job was scheduled, they arrived on time every day and completed the job on schedule with only minor upcharges that I approved in advance. Great communication and delivery.

They were prompt, courteous, and finished in a timely matter. Had a couple of hiccups, but owner and sales rep resolved the issue with no hassles. The best review is that I would hire them again.

Ray was very professional during first contact, estimate, adjustments to initial project and followed up each day to make sure work crew was performing per my instructions. Pedro headed work crew and he was polite and very easy to deal with on the painting project. The crew did a nice job of prepping the holes, nail pops and general imperfections on the walls so the paint looked great.

Work was done to my satisfaction! I would definitely hire them again!

MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THEY COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER ABOUT PICKING UP SCRAPS FROM THEIR WORK OTHER WISE THEY WERE GREAT.

We were concerned about hiring painters so soon after getting new floors installed, but they were so careful, covered every inch of floor and completed everything in two days. We love the end result and look forward to having them do our interior trim in the near future.

This job took ENTIRELY too long. I realize after the original quote we added some other things to the job. What should have taken 5 days tops took 2 weeks. They had every room totally unliveable. A couple of nights I even had to sleep on the sofa because all the bedrooms were so messed up. Randy did work with us adjusting the price of the overall job.

Certapro is a franchise and i selected Randy's business who manages the territory i live, Woodstock, GA. Work was completed Sept 2016. I received 3 quotes from different painters. Randy's quote was very fair and comparable to one of the other 2 quotes. He showed up on time to provide estimate (left me same day with professional itemized estimate, proof of insurance, details of what to expect during the project, and lead time to begin work). All I can say is my experience from start to finish was as close to perfect as it possible could be. The project started the exact week he projected and completed expected time frame (1 wk for my house). Given weather was on our side, but he set clear and accurate expectations, he even participated in walk through at start and completion. Thanks to his expert, respectful team - there was nothing that needed to be fixed at completion., immaculate coverage, some minor repairs (brick molds), no overspray on brick/stone, even on fixtures. These guys take pride in their work and were extremely respectful. They cleaned up work area daily before they left. They are magicians reaching high areas on my tall, 3 story house. I am very particular, detailed oriented and was at ease throughout the project. House looks like new, extremely thrilled. Will have Randy and this crew back for future projects, including my fence later this year.

A crew of three each day would have kept the project time to one week instead of two weeks because of the rain each afternoon. The painters did a great job repairing water damaged siding and trim. I would use them again on any future project.

Make sure the crew is large enough to finish the project on time.
