Great crew.

Outstanding job cleaning up when they were finished. They also painted areas of the house that I didn't ask for and greatly appreciated for that. They covered my sons classic mustang to protect it and not get paint on It and that was amazing.

It was just great..they came and delivered their promise.Worked clean and sufficient.

They did a Great Job painting my master bedroom and bath . Cleaned everything thing up after they was finished . Would highly recommend them to my friends and family .

From beginning to end, I couldn’t be more satisfied with CertaPro. Initial inspection: CertaPro was prompt and professional. They arrived on time and in uniform. They took the time to ensure what I wanted was understood prior to performing a quick inspection. A ballpark amount was provided at the inspection which was helpful. Later that evening I had a formal quote in my hands. During Project: The crew was very personable and considerate. The job site was cleared everyday and we were kept in the loop as to what was happening and plans going forward. CertaPro was flexible and worked around any inclement weather never leaving the house exposed. When finished, the crew walked through the finished product to ensure satisfaction and provided insights on exterior painting which were helpful. Final Opinion: My wife and I could not be happier! CertaPro was thorough, efficient, and competitive. I met with 5 painting contractors in my search and CertaPro stood out from the first meeting. We have received numerous compliments from our neighbors. The HOA even sent us an email stating how great the house looks! As an added bonus, CertaPro has a means to obtain interest free financing. This was a great advantage for us and allowed us to achieve what we envisioned instead of just what the insurance company would cover. I can’t see any reason to go anywhere else. The painters came out and did a great job. They even replaced a piece of siding from our shed that had rotted out that was not part of the original price with matching wood they had come across on the property(they asked first but we wouldnt have thought to use what they used and it looked great)

The financing option was convenient, but the rest left much to be desired. They quoted the job to be complete within two weeks but took a full month and still didn't complete everything I requested. Doors were rehung incorrectly, face plates on electrical outlets and light switches were missing, and tons of trash was left on our property. They kept contacting us saying they would come back to finish but then wouldn't show up. On the last day the main painter explained that he wouldn't be paid until we signed off and he needed the money, so he asked us to approve final payment promising he'd come back. He hasn't. The girl that provided the original estimate didn't appear to know how much things really cost. Estimates went up as we got closer to signing. I didn't see her or the owner again after the first initial walk through with my requests. He never showed up for a final walk through or communicated with us to make sure we were happy. Communication between the sales rep who provided the original quote and the boss and the head painter and the rest of the painters was problematic. Overall everyone was friendly and the paint looks good but I don't feel that the job was worth the $20k+ cost or the frustration, and I am still dealing with cleaning up after the fact weeks later.

The work was done as promised and the quality was excellent. The painters did not waste time, they worked full days and finished the job in just a few days.

They were efficient and professional. The quality of work was wonderful and we were very pleased with the whole project, from the bid to the final walk-through. Highly recommend!
