Everything about CertaPro was great. - a highly professional providing consistently great customer service. From the visits with Earnest, who talked with us about what we wanted and helped us refine our choices, to the consultation with the color consultant, to Katie the office manager, to Mario the head painter. Mario is especially terrific. He's extraordinarily skilled, conscientious, and considerate. Over the course of 2 1/2 weeks working on our house, he never left us with any mess at the end of a day. He is great at making repairs - e.g, repairing drywall - to address preexisting issues. He does a great job leading and managing his team of assistants. Overall, he does superb work.

CertaPro of Boulder & Longmont painted the exterior of our house in 2009 and again in May 2021. Because of the high quality of their work, and reasonable costs we wanted them to paint our house again. They demonstrate high quality in every step from the initial visit and assessment of what we need, to regular communication in scheduling, to the painters who do the work, and even to the final walk-through when the job is completed. We have had a very wet spring, and it has been quite challenging in getting our house painted! We appreciate their persistent responsive communication and effort in getting us scheduled. When we finally had a brief weather break, Pablo, Jesus, and Jovani worked two very long days in getting our house painted. After more rain for a couple of days, they returned to finish the job. We continue to be very impressed with CertaPro. We have fairly high but reasonable expectations in quality of work and job performance. We are thankful we can rely on a company that shares our same ideal of quality work. Thank you CertaPro.

We have used CertaPro for three projects. We hired them to paint our exterior house a few years back, and they just completed quite a bit of interior painting as well. Most recently, CertaPro stained our fencing and front porch. I have been impressed with the quality of work and the quality of the painters themselves. CertaPro had excellent customer service from start to finish! Dan provided an extensive estimate and walked me through the painting project. The painting pros were on time, took care to protect our furniture and floors and did an outstanding job painting our two story ceilings and walls! There was a miscommunication and a portion of the front was painted the wrong color. No problem! The gentlemen fixed it directly after it was pointed out.

Bob Schneider and his team at CertaPro did an excellent job! I asked them to paint two bedrooms. The team was on time, extremely fast and paid attention to every detail, including cleanup!
