I spoke to Steve Jones, he came out I explained what I wanted, needed and could afford. Steve priced everything out, providing input and recommendations BUT not in a pushy (I get commissions on how much I sell) way. We talk occasionally, decided on a date and I provided the colors. The day came, Steve and his crew were on time, neat, orderly and professional. They moved all the furniture in the middle of the room, covered it, and put it all back in the correct place. The room looked great, the wife was pleased and my wallet was still in tack. I have a many more painting projects for this year AND I am going back to Steve Jones and CertaPro.

I have used them for my whole house! They do great work! The painters are nice and respectful of my property.
From the estimate until the job was completed; smooth process. They ordered color swatches for us so we could compare/contrast the color options. They were patient with us as we kept changing the color scheme.
They showed up on time and paid attention to detail. They are also affordable! They are my go to for painting 😃
Steve is very nice and gave us a housewarming gift for our new home. Jackeline is a sweetheart. They are both a pleasure to work with.

Steve and Jackeline did a great job explaining what would be done and provided the initial estimate which was reasonable.
Andres and his paint crew were very prompt and did a very thorough job ensuring the work area was clean and did a lot of prep before applying the primer and 2 coats of paints. Our stair railings look fantastic! What a difference. Definitely would recommend, as we will reach out to CertaPro if needed in the future!

The painter did a very good job, when they finally got here, they were 1 hour late and I had to call they owner to see if even they were coming at all. I was sent an email the day before to inform me about a time changed due to tempature change, I said no problem. When I finally got a hold of the office manager, she said they sent the painter to some else that morning and they would be a hour late at my house, The 25$ discount they gave did not make up for the inconvenience yo me,

Certa Pro provided quality work for a good price. The crew was punctual and did a good job sanding and removing old paint from the window sash. Steve Jones was friendly and knowledgeable about using the right paint for the job. He also sent out the estimate quickly. Certa Pro delivered and I plan to use them again on the next project.
