CertaPro of Southern RI was absolutely fantastic. The quality of work was top notch---Bruce and the estimating team were extremely professional/great price. The lead project manager was in lock-step with the project and clearly tightly aligned with the team. The crew was on time, [down to the minute] extremely conscientious, and tidy. Very, very happy :-)

Prompt, excellent work, left no mess to clean up. Our paint job included a lot of "cutting in" to wood beams and the job was immaculate. Would definately use MIke and his crew again.

I used Certa-Pro back in 2008 I was very satisfied with the Company & This time around it is a different crew and I am not satisfied at all, They did return my money and said I was too picky It was not a refund that I wanted, I wanted a good job done.

The men that came where very good they did a wonderful job scraping and sanding the house before any primer was put on. The final painting is wonderful.

Very good communiication, came when they were suppose to come and even required me to see the work done before final payment, so there would not be any problems after the fact

They were hard working,the paint job was great and they cleaned up so that you would never know that they were there. the price for the project was great. I would recommend to everyone and would use them again in a heart beat.

We hired them to paint the exterior of our home. They were extremely professional, personable, reliable and timely. I hired them and they were able to start within the week! WE have gotten tons of compliments on the house. Price was great too! My only minor feedback would be we didn't know they were going to hire a subcontractor to do the work, but he was wonderful too so it all worked out. Everyone spoke English too which was important to us if we had questions along the way. They even humored my 2yo who was potty training and very proud and insisted on telling "the painters" each time she had a success......sorry about that guys.

Due to all the rain of recent weeks, CertaPro just began staining the house today, so far the job has been great!

It was a little bumpy initially, because I couldn't get a date nailed down for them to come (had to work the plumber around the painting). But once that was squared away, the experience was great. Our bathroom had several layers of paint and wallpaper...the door was especially difficult, but Rob actually took the door home and sanded it down so the paint would adhere. That's going above and beyond in my book. They were done quickly...would have been quicker, but the humidity made for longer drying time. Overall, great job!

We were very pleased with this company. They did a good job, and came back the next day to correct a problem. We got a discount for waiting for a rainy day and having it done last minute.

I had my ceilings painted. They did a good job and were very professional. In their appearance. They worked with me with a problem that arose and resolved the problem to my satisfaction.
