CertaPro was professional & very thorough in their estimate for a somewhat challenging job removing wallpaper & glue, patching holes in drywall, skimcoating & painting 2 coats. They accepted a smaller job others would not. They made it look very good & Rodney et al worked hard & fast. They did a good job. Only detractor was the invoice was not itemized.

The presentation was great on the work they were going to do. The painters generally did a good job painting our ceilings, except for the damage they did to a wall, and two door frames with the ladders. They did come and fix those issues as well as touching up some areas they missed. However, the final invoice was more than the original estimate as they double charged to fix our skylights. Their explanation was that the skylights were larger than the pictures showed. Their rep came to our house and did a walkthrough and saw the skylights. Additionally, the pictures we sent over clearly show the size as a can light can be seen next to the skylight showing it was bigger than 3 inches! Needless to say, I’ll choose another painting company for our future painting.

They texted before they came to paint our deck. They were on time, quite while working and did an excellent job in the time the job was to be done.

My house is over 100 years old, with complicated issues and complicated colors. The guys were very careful to check with me during the course of the project to make sure they had the correct plan for each room. Carlos was especially helpful and did excellent careful work , which I very much appreciate. Mike made a trip my house to make sure a change I had asked for was done to my satisfaction. All were courteous and respectful of being in my home.

I contacted them based on the reviews. Would certainly hire them in the future. They were very prompt to give me an estimate and then to start work. Project was done on time. This was my first time hiring outside company for home improvement. we've always done all work ourselves. Very glad to work with these folks.

Victor and crew did an outstanding job on my house. They arrived early and even worked a little later sometimes. They were very professional, answered any questions I had, asked me how the work was looking to ensure they were doing what I requested. Each day they informed me of what was to be done that day and it was always completed. They always let me know when they were going to lunch and when they would return. Cleaned up at the end of the day and always said have a good evening and see you tomorrow! If I needed a small change, I would check with Victor and he would handle it without any hesitation. One minor thing, there were a couple areas where a little sanding could have been done but as stated, that was it. My interior is so much brighter now and looks fantastic!! I would definitely hire CertaPro again!

Mark was professional and made sure I was happy with the final outcome. The painters ended up doing all of the work in the evening hours, which wasn't the initial plan. Unfortunately, that meant a lot of touch up work needed to be done, because the lighting just isn't as good at night & after dark. I am, however, very pleased with the final outcome.
