Nightmare experience that is still ongoing. Deck was stained with incorrect product, I am now battling with this company to get the decks stripped and correctly stained.....do not get calls back and it has now been >2 months since Martin Bahner agreed to correct the work. Repainting of garage also failed the Certapro QC inspection........never heard another word about that job and am too worn out with the deck situation to even bother with the garage at this point. Be warned - not a professional or reliable contractor.

Project was a nightmare from beginning to end. There was a total lack of communication regarding work days. They worked Monday, Tuesday, half day on Wednesday, Holiday Thursday and Friday, and came back to finish on Monday. My kitchen was torn apart for an entire week. If they would have told me that they were not working Wednesday afternoon and Friday, I would have scheduled the project for another time. When all was said and done, it was more work than they estimated and they charged me an additional $700.00 over the estimated price. 5 stars for STRESS.

Small Projects Painting or Staining

Wanted 4 cast iron rods repainted Wanted them sandblasterd, estimator said stripping better idea was insistent about stripping. Painters showed up 4 days late no phone call why. Did not bring enough people to move rads, 1 person rods weigh 350lbs each. No hand truck to move rods also. Left jobsite for 2 hrs to get materials. Came back STRIPPING did NOT WORK ended renting blaster at 250/day +sand used 10 bags sand $10/bag. charging me $1200 for job including time spent getting materials. Found out it would have cost $140 to take rods to local sandblasting co. Sent letter to owner asking to change bill, no reply from owner

We have mixed feelings. The price was great and your company worked around the weather to get the job done. It took a little longer than we thought, but again weather was mainly to blame. Although the power washers told use that the job was done, even though it was not, your company was very professional and made it right by sending another crew. When the sprayer came to spray the fence, he was very profession and made us feel at ease that your company will honor the agreement and get the job done right. After it was completed, we were very satisfied with the results. The fence looks great, much better than we thought it could. Your company's professionalism and quality was a refreshing change from other contractors we have dealt with in the past. Although a rating of 'good' was selected above, our satisfaction with the end result is 'very good.' Again thank you.

Great crew. We had some communication problems to start with, but the quality and the price of the work made up for it. Martin (sales) is incredible. The crew chief (Mike) was very friendly and informative. The price was the best and the promise of professionalism was a good selling point. I liked seeing all the insurance coverage, etc.

We hired Certpro to paint our 2 story foyer, upstairs hall and ceiling. At first glance the job looked great, but when you really looked you could see white coming from under the paint spots on the ceiling that paint never touched. They called 2 days later asking how I felt about the job. Come to find out even though my contract said 2 coats of paint they only painted one and said it was a judgment call that they thought it looked good and were going to adjust our bill. Mu feeling was if I didn't complain about the job would they have told me they only painted one coat and really adjusted my bill? I opted to have them come back and paint a second coat. There price was great and you know what they say if it sounds to good it probably is. I would not recommend them to anyone. They were friendly and courteous but I feel as though the job could have been done better, but I guess the saying is true you get what you pay for.

Martin Bahner was top-notch to deal with, his crew did an excellent job, beat the time and material estimate, and they refunded the difference! Highly recommend, would use them again!
