We have hired many painters over the yearsâ ¦. They were by far the most professional, polite, experienced , neat â ¦. I think Iâ m running out of compliments !!!! If I had one complaint it would be that I didnâ t have any more jobs to hire them for!!!!

They work efficiently. Everyone knows their job. The Lead is the liaison ensuring the customer is satisfied and the job is done right. Very easy to work with.

We had existing rooms repainted the same color and they matched it perfectly. They also painted our deck railings and did an excellent job

The painters did not cover my furniture or floors or hand railing as stated in the contract. They put saturated rahGs with goof off on my furniture and ruined a secretary desks finish. They got paint on hand rails and damaged the finish as well. I also leaned paintoff hard wood floors I I was not pleased

I think the product itself is very good. As for the installation, I wish the installers had used much more light on the floor to enable them to see especially their final coat of finish. Because the final coat varied on thickness there was some breakdown of the surface where the tires were initially parked after the job. Even after 30+ hrs of curing, the heavier coating had not cured completely and so marks and dullness under a couple tires was left. When I asked if there were any fixes for this I got no reply and find the company rep doesn't really want to talk to me. The installers did not do a good job of grinding smoothe a floor crack that is now very obvious after coating. I would buy this product again, just not from these installers.

All was great from start to finish I think I got them a few more jobs. Someone is coming a hours drive away to see it before deciding.

Other then the mix up in the beginning of the actual painting process and the loss of the colors l chose. I am very happy with the way it turned out. Even happier that it got done in one day.

Poor workmanship. Came out for 3 days to paint and job still isn't right. I have paint and dead spots all over my lawn. Rate we paid was just for labor. We supplied all the Behr paint for the project. (Paid rate is to be corrected to $2,780 for labor). We paid in full before the job was started.

Don't expect too much customer contact, except the painter on the last day, he was very friendly & nice. Prep people left outside water dripping, both faucets. Day 1 I got a phone call for them to start work, they came half hour later. Never came to to the door or had any contact with them. Did their thing & left. Gone by 1 p.m. Day 2 Got woke up to scraping & water rushing my window before 8: a.m. No prior notice as to arrival time. I have a dog that needed to be put out before they started. Gone by noon,didn't come back that day. Day 3 Again got woke up to scraping & drill removing my shutters before 8: a.m. Covered all windows, primed some & left. Again, no knock on the door, or notice that they were coming early, no notice they were leaving. Left a mess of green chips & shutters propped on fence. Gone around 1 p.m. didn't come back that day. My lawn care people did clean up that day. No Job site supervisor, just 2 young men through the first 3 days. Day 4 Painter came, did his thing, talked a lot. Only contact & conversation with anyone from CertaPro Painters besides the Sales Associate that sold us the contract. Did very nice clean-up. Very impressed with the painter, Though I have not seen him to bring me the left over paint, he said small can, & would bring the next day, work was completed 2 weeks ago. 1. No scheduled arrival times set up, so my dog could go out. 2. No Daily Progress Updates, No Onsite Supervisor. 3. No Daily Cleanup by paint crew. Paint job looks nice. Not as professional as advertised though.

Ask for trained employees, not sloppy ones.

This started out to be a good experience and quickly went south as the job was being finished. The contractor for CertaPro showed up as expected the first day, went and bought the paint for the job, and then returned to start the project. He worked the rest of the day with no problems or complaints. The next day in the morning it rained and the painter called and said he would be over in the afternoon after the rain had dried off. Apparently he did call to say that he would not be coming, but left no message, so I waited all afternoon for him to show up . Saturday morning he showed up to finish the job. He did finish the job and after just a couple of touch ups found the job to be satisfactory. When I asked if he would be leaving the remaining paint he said no because he bought the paint. Here's where it gets sticky. CertaPro charged me for the paint. The painter called the man from CertaPro that I had worked with and was told he would NOT be reimbursed for the paint he bought for my house. This is not right. Very quickly the painter started yelling at the CertaPro agent and even dropped the "F" bomb a couple of times. I asked him to take his argument outside and out of my house. My husband signed the contract and said our business is concluded and to pack up and leave. This was very upsetting, unprofessional, and never should have been escalated to the point that it was. I would never consider hiring CertaPro again.
