Sales Associate Stephen Ferreira was the best. Very responsive to calls & requests. He was very patient when I was uncertain about color choices. The painters, Philipe & Caesar were very good & gentlemanly. They were a pleasure to welcome each day. The house was kept as tidy as possible during the work. I highly recommend this company.

Wonderful experience!!!! Every contact with this company was highest quality customer service at its best. From the beginning, I appreciated the timely communication, the willingness to meet when it was convenient for me, the explanation of what would be required, and a reasonable price quote. We were impressed and thankful for not only the quality of the work that the painters did, but also their celerity. We would definitely hire them again for our painting needs.

From start to finish, i was impressed by the quality of customer service and the actual painting done by Stephen at Certa Pro (and his team). I felt the price was fair, considering the amount of space to be painted (including 18' ceilings). Stephen communicated with my the entire time, and even stopped by for a spot-check. I really appreciated the professionalism of this company, and would definitely use them again. (My only complaint is that they used a very noxious-smelling paint for the baseboards and closet doors--had I known this, I might have requested using a different kind of paint, like a low VOC or something.)

CertaPro did an excellent job painting the outside of my house. They used quality sherwin williams paint. They pressure cleaned, sealed, fixed cracks in stucco. They were very professional and accomodating. I would highly recomend them to paint your house.
