Professional, courteous, on time.

I am fussy about my painting, no drips missed painted edges etc., and CertaPro final finished product satisfied me in every regard. The painted a significant amount of iron and aluminum handrail and worked with me to pick out the most durable paint product. I got two bids and theirs was the lowest and they seemed most interested in the job. I would definitely use them again. The paint foreman was Juanita and she was super and a great craftsman.

I don't often take the time to write reviews, but no one else should have to go through what I experienced with this CertaPro dealer. I hired CertaPro to do a small drywall repair job along with painting of the interior of my office. I was sent a quote for the painting ( about $1600) and then a quote for what i thought was for the painting and the drywall repair (about $2300). To get the small drywall repair job completed, they sent 3 very nice but very inexperienced young men to get the job done. I didn't think too much of it, until after the job was done. The quality of the work was so poor, that every drywall seam could be seen through the paint, the texture didn't match the rest of the surrounding walls, and there was white bleeding through the finished paint job from the tape underneath. Then I was told that the quote they had given me for $2300 (which I thought was for paint and drywall repair) was just for the drywall repair. When I checked around with other drywall contractors, I discovered that this job would have taken about a half day for an experienced drywall contractor and would typically cost about $600-700. If this had been my company, I would have apologized profusely for the shoddy work, got out my most experienced employees and fixed the work and given the customer a huge discount. Instead CertaPro has never admitted that the crew did a crappy job, won't admit that the price they quoted is completely unreasonable, and is now threatening to file a lien claim on me because I won't pay $2300 for horrible work that should have cost $600 if done correctly. When i had requested the painting quote, I had asked that all the old paint colors on the interior of the office be repainted with my new colors. When the job was "done" and I noticed that the two interior doors were not repainted with the new colors. Then I discovered in the fine print of the quote that they don't do doors. No one every bothered to mention to me that they don't do doors; they just left them undone. So if you have you doors in your house - you might want to look elsewhere for a painting contractor. My next unpleasant surprise was to find ALL of the paint cans and buckets left in my office. There was even a huge plastic bucket half full of paint that they wrapped plastic over and just left there. There were also a few spots of drywall patching that they did. The patch jobs were so horrible, they were clearly visible when they were 'done'. When I mentioned that the patch jobs were very visible, I was told that the there were so many textures on the walls, that the crew had done the best they could. Hmm; In fact, there was only one texture on all the interior walls of my office - 'orange peel'. So why the crew was so confused, is likely due to their lack of experience or lack of care in the job they do. As soon as the job was 'done', they were very quick about asking for payment. Definitely a five star company. They arrived on time and ready to begin work. The owner is professional, punctual, and personable, and he stands behind his work and his word. If I had a concern, he made sure things were completed to my satisfaction. I definitely recommend this company.

Interior patching took numerous attempts. Outside staining of fence was great once they removed one particular worker and replaced him with a supervisor. Now all looks good.

The job was to prep and stain the exterior of all wooden doors and windows. I continue to find parts that were never touched as in the edges and tops of many windows. Poor communication, crew was friendly enough and cleaned up, but difficulty communicating in English and they were not on the same page as to what to do. They also didn't do the front door and argued with me that that wasn't quoted. Still not clear why it wouldn't as it wasn't an exception on the quote. They then agreed to do it...but in the end didn't. By then I had enough and just wanted to be done.

Always arrived when they said they would. Neat and tidy each evening as they left for the day. Had to work their ladders around 14 Tomato plants---didn't damage one! Thank you.

Highly professional . Were efficient , and skilled. They communicated extremely well with one another and with us to ensure that the work completely met our desires.

The 1st time using Home Advisor. Steve responded quickly to my request. He gave us an estimate that was very reasonable for the work to be done. His staff, Max & Christian, were on time, courteous, neat , polite,friendly and very professional. Steve came by often to make sure that things were going well. The job took a little longer than Steve thought but he made sure it was done right . I would use them again and do recommend them for sure

This was the very best group of workers and leadership I have seen in a long time. They are more than polite, work hard, clean up at end of day and so pleasant to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. Quality work!

There are less expensive painters around, but nevertheless we'll hire them again for our next painting project.

It took 3 visits to get the job done to our liking but in the end we are happy.

Painter showed up on time, did a great job, cleaned up. Went very smoothly.

We had scheduled a date and they had a back up so it had to be changed which is why I said 4.5 overall. Steve the owner is VERY conscientious and stopped by the job a few times to make sure it was going well and we were happy. He even carted away several dead paint cans we had in our garage. They were quick to come back and follow through on my punch list and we truly believe they wanted us to be happy for sure. Steve set me up with a colorist from Sherwin Williams which was fun to work with. She didn't imposed her ideas on us but instead took what we said to find what color I was describing. The foreman, Max, was excellent in detail especially with the challenge of our ceilings and how they were built. He truly worked hard to mask the flaws; we are very pleased. Thank You!

Working with the owner, Steve, was great as was the crew. The only problem was a mix-up in the scheduling and only two painters arrived for the job when four were expected. Took a bit longer than told but the end result was fine.
