Do not hire for exterior house painting!!!! My house needed painting again in 3 years because they did not prime any of the house after sanding old paint off. Cost me another $8,000!

They were very neat. Cleaning up every day. They found some rotten wood and did an excellent job of replacing it. You can t tell what is old or new. After they had finished, I noticed that the windows were painted shut. They send a guy over, on a Saturday, and we got them all working. They also found a lot of damage to my chimney. They could have gouged me, but the extra work was done well and the cost quite reasonable. These are good people who do a great job painting.

About 5 yrs ago, CertaPro Painters were among several contractors that had been recommended to me.At that time due to time constraints I could not hire them but the professionalism and honesty of their representative, Peter Buttenwieser so impressed me that I remembered CertaPro and hired them without hesitation for my recent project. CertaPro's quote may not have been the lowest but you get what you pay for and I am well pleased with my decision to hire them and would do so again if I ever need a painting job done.

Terrible experience. Had to bring in boss who did help but they rushed the job and didnt prep properly. Sloppy, and a bad job.

Terrible job, Too much to list , But I will mention one of their short cuts. If you can not see it from the ground, they do not paint it ( back of chimney).

Estimate was professionally handled however communications regarding scheduling and responses to calls and emails need improvement. The finished product was good but required lots of communication regarding missed areas of repairs and painting around windows and doors.

Crew was friendly, helpful and respectful. They began my job in a timely fashion and showed up on time every day. Also they cleaned up very thoroughly

Very professional in their dealings with me. Certa Pro painters encountered a big problem with the interior of the house. John de Luca (Production Manager) brought in a paint specialist from Benjamin Moore to discuss the problems. To correct the problems the cost of the project doubled up which I wasn't prepared for. Very happy with the results.

CertaPro was truly professional through every aspect of this job. The communication was great -- from written proposal to scheduling. We had them stain our cedar siding -- Very pleased!

CertaPro delivers what they promise. Professional, prompt and responsive--excellent customer support. Their quote was itemized and reasonable. We even got to "preview" the stain for our cedar siding before proceeding. Perfect cleanup.

I never write reviews - I can't recommend Certipro enough! We were struggling to find the right company when we purchased our house and researched many companies in the area. Not only did Certipro's quote come in the most competitive but they allowed us the option to finance for six months zero interest which was really helpful. Derek, our Certipro representative was both professional and patient (I must have changed my color choice 14 times!). Derek was on site almost daily to make sure we were happy with the work being done and the painters were both professional, clean, and super sweet to my 3 year old who became attached to the friendly faces arriving every morning. I say it again - look no further - CERTIPRO!!!!!

Their quote was a little more expensive than some other companies (though within 5%) but I liked their approach and they did a great job. Work was neat, and they fixed almost all the wall faults from the bad paint job of the previous owner. When the paint store mixed a wrong color, they repainted master bedroom at no extra charge. Definitely would consider them for my future paint projects.

The company provided excellent customer service. They were accommodating and very concerned with providing the best work they could provide. However, the company showed some difficulties with scheduling... always polite and professional and because of this we would hire again!!!
