"We are pleased to have the opportunity to respond to this review. We apologize that the experience was a nightmare for you. Our intention is to do everything in our power to make corrections to satisfy a customer. There are times and circumstances that make that impossible, and this case is one of those. We acknowledge that corrections to the paint on the floor and furniture needed to be made, but were rebuffed because you were too stressed over all the remodeling at the house, and did not want our crew back in due to your dissatisfaction with them. Some of the issues you presented to us were not problems caused by our crew, but by other workers at your property for which we were not prepared to correct. When we tried to "work with" you, you determined that we were wrong, therefore, in your opinion "he kept disagreeing". We have always acknowledged that there were things that were not to our standards and we very much wanted to make corrections to anything done incorrectly by us. We regret that this project turned out to be a nightmare and a horrible experience for all those involved. Be assured that this review will be used to further educate us, and our crew, as to how to avoid "horrible" experiences in the future. Martha & Doug Eubanks"
