"We apologize for the inconvenience for this customer however we have returned to this site and cleaned any areas that were in question. We offer a same as cash no interest no payments program for 12 months through an outside lender. This customer did not have a great experience with that company however we have worked with them for 3 years and they are great to deal with."

We needed to paint some windows and stain our deck. A very polite young man introduced himself to my husband and me. He explained the order in which he would be painting items. He and his helper were very quiet in their work (I expected to hear a radio, etc., but there was no sound from them at all - except of course talking with other.) They cleaned up after doing their job. I would hire them again for any painting to be done.

Scheduling to fit our needs. They were prompt, courteous and informative. Very solid job. Entire interior completed in 4 & 1/2 days. Excellent job on prep work, including some extensive patch work. Very pleased w/ the quality of the work and professionalism of the 2 painters assigned.

It was alright. I didn't like the fact, they hired a subcontractor to paint my house. I was not informed that they were goint to subcontract my painting job. They were not certapro painters. The people who painted my house, while at my house, covered the name on their business truck with a sheet of poster board. I called the owner, of certapro, to return to paint a part of my house that was covered by weeds. He said he would send someone over within a week to fix it. That was 3 to 4 weeks ago, and I haven't heard from him. I changed my rating because they didn't respond to my request and the painter didn't read the contract properly.

"All of CertaPro Painters' crews are in house crews that we use year round. We do not put jobs out to bid or grab contractors at any point in time. We use our people. It did take a few weeks longer then expected to get back out to the house to paint the missed areas and we apologize for that."

Fantastic job! Dominic's profressionalism is what made me choose CertaPro over other painting companies, although all the price quotes were received were pretty much in the same range. The painting crew, Mike & Rich, were outstanding. They were quick, efficient, and neat. There wasn' a drop of paint where it wasn't supposed to be. What would have taken me all weekend they did in about 5-1/2 hours. And the results are fantastic! I'd highly recommend them to anyone, and I'll use them again!

overall the project came out very good. I was told that the project manager would be out at some point but she never showed up and also there were some cleanup issues that should have been resolved on a daily basis but weren't.

"During the busiest times of the summer it is difficult to have our project managers at every site. Each crew does have a job site supervisor that was on this project the entire time. This house did have a large amount of peeling paint. We cleaned up as much as we could but we apologize if we could not get every paint chip up. In the future we will set clearer expectations."

painters got paint on my carpet. on outside painting, sated he would come back and put on another coat of paint, but has not done so, price expensive for the work and their service

Not a professional company!!!!! Not a reliable company!!!!Job was performed over one month later than promised. Salesman did not communicate entire project to painters so there was confusion and job was not completed properly or timely.. Salesman was rude and unprofessional when questioned.

The deck was stained after and before rain so it had to be done over. The painter should have known not to do it under those circumstances. The owner did not communicate with me after the first initial meeting, when he received the contract and he should have especially because there were problems. The job has been completed and it is fine.
