CertaPro Painters of Salt Lake, LLC

Never use this company. I paid $16,000 for a mess that I have had to look at every day for the last six months. Getting them to right their wrong has been the biggest joke imaginable. This company takes no ownership or pride in their work. I have drip marks everywhere I paid for wallpaper removal or wall floating in the event they could not remove the paper - they did neither but charged me for it. You can now see every seam of the paper and the texture. Their finish work is terrible. They left tape all over. I spent 3 hours peeling their tape off my hardwood floors. They have finally agreed to fix about 35% of the work. I chose them because of their great reviews and my hope with leaving this review is that nobody ends up in this same terrible situation that I m in. It is so upsetting to see company care so little about their work and those that they are serving.

Gil did a great job painting my house exterior and staining my two decks. It was quality workmanship. This company was very professional, from the estimation to the completion of the job. They even provide a two-year warranty. What's not to like

They did nice work, I am very happy with them. Matt and Gil are good at what they do.

I ended up redoing the front of my house myself. There was not enough preperation. after the painting was done the old paint left on the surface was painted over and it started to curl and flake. The paint contractor said if I scrape the scrape the front of the house and get it the way i want it then he would come back and repaint. it really seemed there was a lack of experience

I had a great experience with CertaPro. Matt, the estimator was very professional and gave good, practical advice. He was very open and honest. Gil, the supervisor was pleasant to work with, came when expected and kept us informed of the process. He and his crew did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend CertaPro.

CertaPro was great. They did what they promised, on time and for the price stated. I would highly recommend them for anyone wanting to have their home painted.

They did alot of overspray and tried to deny it, lead painter would call me a liar when I was able to prove it was his over spray. They did not do the proper prep to remove loose paint, they only did a pressure wash from a distance.

Very professional. Came on time everyday. Finished on time. Our house looks beautiful!!! I highly recommend Certa Pro and will use them again if needed.

We recently moved into a home that needed to have the interior repainted. We decided on CertaPro because of their great customer service and quick response to getting us a bid and being available to schedule the job in a short time. What we really appreciated was having Lori come to our home and help us with our paint color selection. This helped removed some of the concern we had in picking the right colors. We had a lot of high ceilings and a lot of walls to be painted, but the crew finished the job within 3 days. The quality was excellent and we are very happy with the work.

I was amazed at the quality and service of CertaPro! I will gladly be using them again for another project this year. I highly recommend them.

They tried really hard. I had high expectations for the quality of the work and found some less attention to detail by some of the crew. I would recommend them but with the caveat about the quality of the work

They did a super job and were willing to meet our schedule and needs. The work they did was professional. They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous and efficient. I recommend them highly.
