When you pay way more than many other company for interior wall painting you expect top quality or at least great work, clean up, on time etc. They're no more than a few guys that you hire from any other cheaper service. They didn't patch up nail holes as promise, and the one they did they did a bad job. dripped paints all over that you have to go clean up after they're done. Also failed to meet deadline they promise. I will never recommend them.

Specialty Painting Service
We thought the quote was a bit high, while not the highest, but the job was worth what we paid. There was a bit of miscommunication but it was cleared up quickly, and things wee done, as promised. The workers were VERY careful of our belongings, everything was covered , to protect it and they cleaned everything up when finished. We were pleased with the end result!!

Workers showed up on time every day. All work was done with great care and quality, with great attention to detail. Cleanup was done on a daily basis. Customer service was excellent. Job was kept on schedule and finished very quickly. Excellent painters.

Their quote was certainly one of the most expensive quotes we received but not the highest and their work was impeccable. They did the job quickly and professionally. They showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would. A quality that is very rare for contractors in this day and age. Working with Fabian and Samuel was a breeze. Two great guys that really know their job.

The experience was perfect. Got a call from Yasi within minutes of submitting my project. Fabian was very courteous and professional when he came to our house that same evening for a printed estimate. My two young children liked him so much that they gave him hugs before he left. The work exceeded my expectations as well as the Customer Service. I would recommend CertaPro Painters of Texas to anyone. I should have gotten more estimates....this company is quite pricey. Fabian was a lovely young man....and Dale, the owner did not stop by...but talked to my husband over the phone....very friendly....the painters had to come back to paint places they missed...and redo some others....and left paint on some grates....

The whole process was exceptional. They really went above and beyond for us and that is so rare to find these days. The interior designer that came out beforehand helped us make some great choices for the walls (a complimentary service by the way!) I found myself pleasantly surprised by the level of service we were given several different times. I kept thinking, "Wow, they did that too?! Thanks!" Their communication was great the whole time and I was never left wondering what would happen next or if they would show up, finish on time, etc. Would definitely hire again and refer friends!
