I needed my front door stripped of paint and then stained. The CertaPro representative worked very hard all day long just to get the paint off the door. He stained and finished the job in a timely fashion. I am totally pleased with this job. When I get ready to paint some of my rooms, I will definitely all CertaPro.

MeT with Tom Terry, owner on day one, Second day i had an estimate for my 9 room home. I scheduled only 4 room the first phase We adjusted colors and work scope several time without any delays. They were very cooperative. The paint team consisted of 3 people. They were fast, accurate, detailed and very pleasant to our request. We assisted them where we did not interrupt their schedule. They accomplished the work in shorter time than what was scheduled. I am going to use them again in the month of May for the remaining 5 rooms and baths later this spring. Hired CertaPro for two jobs as they were the most practical for my budget. First job was outstanding but a smaller project and would hire that crew again. Second was for whole house painting. This job was not as good as the first as they sent another crew and the workmanship was sloppy, missed many areas. They returned and still did not repair the work.I should not have went with the cheaper route but thought that they would do it right the first time.

The real test of a painter is when something does not go as planned. The original bid had two coats on the back door. It had a grey primer coat and it was still showing through after two coats. Gus came out the next day and put on a third coat as well as touched up woodwork around the front door. No complaints - they made it right - fast!

My painter, Carlos, had to tear down 5 rooms of old wallpaper - two layers in each room. He was patient, got it all down, repaired the walls, sanded, primed and painted two coats throughout my whole house. All of my walls look brand new now. Would definitely use them again and again.

I had 2 quotes from the for two different painting jobs. Both quotes were priced much lower than I expected. Not knowing the quality of work or type of workers I had them come in and do the smaller cheaper quote first. Very professional people and did a great job. Kept the area clean and left no trace they had been there. Will be getting them back for the other quote.

About 1/2 the inside of my house was painted. Ceilings and walls. Bob, the owner is great. Crew of 4 guys did the job in half the time expected. All 10's. I would hire them again, no question. I got 3 quotes and they were the lowest, by $1,500. Got the quote on Monday from Bob Job started the following Monday and done on Tuesday.
