The crew that came out and did the actual painting were good. They arrived when scheduled. They cleaned up before leaving. They continually checked to see if I was satisfied with the job.

This business represents well up front although there is absence of supervision and sloppiness which the owner makes excuses for, even placing blame upon customer. Phone calls and texts are not returned. We have paid $20,000.00 upfront and owe $2,000.00. We are having a hard time getting all of the sloppy mistakes and unfinished walls done. We will be hiring another company to finish the work. We feel this company, Certapro is a detriment to Home Advisor.
