Tom is a professional, and easy to deal with. We chose Certapro for painting of home interior because of him. Unfortunately the service did not meet our expectations. The painting was overall mediocre, our vacuum was broken by the crew who left our home in slightly below satisfactory condition, and without the improvements Tom promised in the walk through. Multiple emails I have sent have gone unanswered to finish up part of the work. I'm disappointed we paid a premium for service that fell short of our expectations.

The paint crew (from 5-8 persons depending on the day's schedule) seemed well coordinated as they moved from one part of the exterior to another. Worked tirelessly on some of the hottest days of August, 2019. Cedar exterior siding with contrasting soffit and edge trim presented much to deal with. .Would hire CertaPro Painters again !!

I had other quotes and Toms company,CertaPro was the better price by far. The office people were very courteous and worked with us and when the job was completed they came out to my home to chec if there were any problems. There were minute things but they took care of them right away.The final price was lower than quoted. I have more painting to be done come spring and will make CertaPro my first call !

The owner quoted me a price to paint my 14 ft ceilings. He sent over the painters with a 6 ft stepladder. A great amount of lack of communication.
