The overall painting was very good but there cleanup not so good. there was paint spots on the floors in a couple of rooms and the sink in the bathroom where they cleaned the rollers had paint residue all over the sink. We didn't call back to have them come clean the mess because the house is vacant and up for sale and we both have little time to wait around for contractors. I would use them again but I would inspect the work before they leave.

The entire CertaPro experience was very professional, informative, and complete. The Sales Asso. Al Moretti & Prod. Asso. were wonderful to deal with. What really stands out is Rapheal and his paint crew were fantastic! Professional, courteous, happy, hard working & efficient. They make the company! They promise you all kinds of promotions & discounts and then do not adhere to their schedule and sent painters that dropped paint on my new finished floors. We are not happy at all!

Already received positive comments from our neighbors. The work was completed quickly. Painted on a Wednesday. Due to rain cleanup on Friday another beautiful day. The initial contact went very well and I hired them on the spot. (had looked at two others). CertaPro where the folks. I was very comfortable with the staff. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Project: exterior paint, changing color from 9 years old Cream/Yellowish color to white. Work was eventually done well, but there were issues along the way. I think it started with a bad powerwash that left many streaks and shades, which I pointed out but was assured the paint will just hide it. After 2 coats (as planned), many areas had some background shading. The contractor doing the work was defensive, but after talking to the rep from CertaPro, a third coat was done on most of the house (except the front). Many areas had rotten siding which were eventually fixed well, but again the job was not done right the first time so needed some back and forth. Many other smaller issues that I found, and they fxed. Overall, the job was done, certaPro reps and owner eventually worked through all the issues to keep me happy, but it was not a smooth job. And overall average experience.

CertaPro painters did everything they could to correct the problems before charging me. But I was finally just fed up and wanted the whole thing to end. The biggest overall problem was prep which I don't believe was done properly. They ruined my brand new front door which had a pristine primer coat on it. Now it is splotchy and old looking. Some carpentry had to be reworked several times. They painted over a plastic window track on the outside double hung window. They painted over dirt on windowsills. The issues are too numerous to list here. CertaPro was extremely willing to make me happy in the end. But I would rather they sent someone that would follow directions and do the job right the first time. While my concern is with trim details, process and prep, the house does look very nice

The guy who did the estimate was nice, and then it all went to hell. They hired a sub who missed giant areas on the ceilings and walls, never patched any of the holes as the contract stated they would, and got paint on multiple items. They came back in a huff and touched up some areas and argued mighty about other areas that are still two different colors. I wouldn't hire them to paint an outhouse.
