Certa Pro of the Upper West Side is a professional operation from the initial estimate to the final walk through. The painters were highly professional, and the informational contact throughout the painting of our apartment was excellent. They were always available and we received daily text reports. There are still a couple of minor touch ups, but I am confident there will be no problem with these.

They need to have better communications. There was a mistake and they didn't call to tell us till we found out at 7pm. But after the cliché everything was great and did a good job .
