"Eddie, I'm sorry to hear that there were any issues at all. If you make us aware while we're there we will always take care of your concerns. However, I'm not sure you used our CertaPro. I don't have any customers under your name in your area. If you could reach out to me that would be great and I can resolve any issues of concern. "We went above and beyond to accommodate to the customer on all phases of this project. After removing the deck portion it was noticeable that whoever previously installed the deck built it directly into the siding. We found we would need to do additional work not included in the contract. Repairing the siding was clearly not part of the scope of the project and to do this repair we needed the customer's approval of a change order that would cover the additional cost. The customer was unwilling to sign the change order and threatened us that if we did not do this work, they would ask us to not come back to finish the project. This was only one of the many issues we had with this customer, so we agreed to not continue our work. We cleaned up thoroughly and were professionals throughout the project."
