We used CertaPro to repaint our house and iron stairs. The team was simply amazing to work with. Professional, attentive to every detail. Terrific upfront, on-site preview of the work. Exterior Painting and Staining Service
The crew was professional, handled the detailed work well, rebuilding the window boxes, painting the windows, sills, and headers. Communication was easy (especially with the owner, Sam). They kept the sight clean and offered a competitive price. They had a quick turnaround and were flexible to work around our schedule and inclement weather. We have a home in the CH Historic District, and the colors were appropriate. It looks great! Thanks.

Excellent quality painting job. Only problem was they didn't show up on first scheduled day at 7:00 AM, allegedly because of bad traffic, and I had to call the ContraPro twice to get a status report. I finally had to go to work at 10:00 am, three hours late.

It was very easy to work with Sam and his team. They were prompt and reliable, following through on all that they promised. Work was accomplished in good order, their team, including the on-site supervisor, Hector, was excellent, and accommodated all our requests. I would highly recommend them.

Initial visit yielded an almost immediate (and very detailed estimate). They took the time to understand our expectations upfront. The initial logistics was a bit shaky, but when the painters arrived, they took the time to call me since I wasn't home to make sure we were aligned on what needed to be painted, even sending me pictures to ensure they had completed everything as asked. I really appreciated the painters giving me the option of hand-washing and painting same day instead of power-washing one day and then painting the next...

The initial call was responded to promptly. Sam arrived on time, had some great suggestions, understood the scope of work, went out to his truck and printed off a very professional proposal before he left. One of his crews showed up and did the interior painting of 1 floor in a single day, and the next day they installed new floor decking on the front porch and painted the exterior items on the house. Sam returned at the end and checked out the work and he responded promptly to all texts and emails in the course of the job. Really nice contractor!

Sam the owner of the franchise was very professional. He was on time, friendly, and knew his business. His bid I thought was high, but I thought to have great painters would be worth it. We had a quick turn around time with only three days to do the painting. He was able to accommodate that schedule. His painting crew was running behind and so they started a day late, which was fine. It would still give us two days to get the painting finished. My husband and I did a lot of the prep work by taking down light and electrical outlet switches, we moved all the furniture to the middle of the room, and took down curtains. Because of all our prep work, which Centrapro was happy to do, we were just helping out, they were able to complete the job in one day. However, they were extremely rushed to get it done in one day and the work got really sloppy when it came about 6:00-7:00 in the evening. I thought we had two days, and wished they would have taken the time to slow down and not make so many mistakes. Our condo is downtown DC, and I thought they would get their own permits for parking, but they didn't, so I think they were not happy with the parking situation. The crew was very friendly, they did finally coordinate what the paint color should be - that was another mis communication. Probably about 85% of the job was done very well. However, when they wanted out of there in one day, the kitchen and front door area became really sloppy. They were willing to come out and fix the issues. I took pictures and sent to Sam, but we were out of days.

I've never been quite so excited to leave feedback for a contractor. In fact, this is the first time I've ever done so.
