The owner and staff were considerate, and professional. The painter did a very good job in a timely manner. We had a large piece of furniture coming and he met that deadline. We couldnà ¢à  à  t have been happier with the work.

We used CertaPro to stain our deck and paint the house. Rich, the owner, was extremely responsive, and followed up on all communications in a timely manner. His team of painters was thorough and extremely detailed oriented! Bella from the office and the site manager were in constant contact with updates and just checking in to see how everything was progressing. We were very happy with the final outcomes and felt the quality of work was exceptional for the money spent. We highly recommend CertaPro and would use them again!

Hired for exterior painting and wood siding repair. The initial visit and quote were very professional but it went downhill after the project started. The guy he used for the wood repair was horrible and needed to have his work redone (did not have to pay extra but took time to finish). The final paint punch list was very sloppy and ended up not having them back to finish because they might have made the touch-ups worse than before.

Successful painting project which included a small vent repair. They did a very good job even though they were challenged by a Covid positive on the painting team. That was handled professionally as well. Good work and a fair price.

Two things I especially valued: 1) An interior designer came to my house (no fee) to help me finalize my color choices 2) Before the painters left my home, the owner came over and went through each room very carefully with the painters to have them correct any and all small flaws in the paint job. Friends have admired the job.
