Tempro (Jody) does excellent work. He and his team are very professional, punctual, polite and thorough. Jody answers calls immediately. The work was done perfectly. Air conditioner fan motor stopped. Was able to get a same day appointment. Communication was good. A quote was given before work started. The price quoted was the same as I paid. Jody was very professional and made sure to leave things cleaner than when he arrived. I will be using this company again. A good experience all around.

I hired him previously based upon his location near to me and his very good ratings here so it is my duty to pass along a high rating so that others can benefit like I have. I recommended him to someone local who was equally pleased. He treats me more like a friend than a customer! I still have to pay the bill but customer service matters. More than once I have called to request service and he has asked "how about today?" How cool is that?

Excellent customer service which is uncommon to find in Miami. Jody responded via text in less than 15 mins after I inquired for pros in Home Advisor and this was at 10:30 pm on a holiday. Did a thorough estimate and proceeded with the repairs in a reasonable time frame. Kept me informed and answered all questions. Will definitely hire again.

Excellent customer service. Prompt, responsive, cordial, honest and thorough. We contacted TemPros Sunday night regarding our AC which was leaking freon and unable to cool our home. Itâ s the middle of summer in south Florida my wife has a broken leg and we have two toddlers... to say we needed immediate assistance is an understatement. After Our initial conversation Jody from Tempros was at our house within the hour and exactly at the time accorded. The repair was performed quickly and I was kept informed throughout the process as to what was going on. Additionally he helped to clean up the sloppy workmanship that our previous AC service company left behind. The professionalism and level of service were truly appreciated. I would highly recommend Tempros and expect to continue using their services in the future.
